McDonald's — Restaurant in Corsicana

This McDonalds is located in the Walmart on 3500 West 7th st., 9/10, my order is correct but is done in a sloppy, unsanitary fashion. There are never enough employees on the floor, often I will wait 5-8 minutes waiting at a register and no one coming. I watched the employee “Princess” aimlessly wondering and staring at the order screen, trying to kill time while I was waiting at the counter to have my order fixed. I had ordered their infamous bacon-cheesy fries with no bacon and extra cheese. I watched Princess put almost no cheese and BACON on my fries. I looked at the screen and my receipt and they both specifically said NO BACON. She handed me the box and I said thank you. I brought the box to my table, hoping that it was not my fries she put bacon on, but lo and behold, there was bacon on my poor fries. I walk to the counter and again wait another 5 minutes for assistance and no one coming to my aid until my friend got their attention. I said the issue and she made more fries but this time took entirely too long, then taking my fries to the back after they were done as if they were holding them hostage. She brought the box back the the fry area and I watched her, WITH NO GLOVES MIGHT I ADD, and arranged the fries with her bare hands so she could close the container. I ate around the fries she touched and my pallet cringed as I got a mouthful of pure sodium chloride. I will not be ordering anything more than a soft drink at this establishment, these employees need to wear gloves and hair nets at all times. Beware , the bacon cheese fries are not worth the 3 dollars and change...

Darnell is such an amazing employee! Everytime I go get my groceries and stop by to get some food hes always the one to take my order most of the time but the difference between him and everyone else that works there is his enthusiasm his smile and his wantingness to actually make sure I have everything most people just throw the bag on the counter and call your number well Darnell comes up to me and makes sure I have everything I need ketchup napkins everything ! The sweetest person ever and when I thanked him about how kind of a person he was he responded with how he takes pride in doing his job and making sure the customer gets good quality service ! This wonderful man needs a raise or something for how well he treats his customers especially coming from a location with so many negative comments about it’s workers ! I could go on and on with nothing but great compliments about him but unfortunately only been in Corcicana for a couple months and all the times Ive been to this location It makes my day seeing an employee that actually looks like he likes doing what he does !...

So at exactly 8:06 p.m. tonight, I made an order for Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich Meal and my order was #34 if you are reading McDonald's. Anyhow, the sandwich came out, the chicken had to have been over an hour old, speaking of that, the only thing on that was fresh was the bun. Lettuce was beyond belief as far as old and almost rotten, plus it was chopped up, not like the photo. As for the tomato, I did not get one. Now, let's talk about the Mayo, it had almost a full bottle of it on the sandwich. Sad thing, I did not discover this until I took it to my truck. I go back in and they tell me sorry, can we get you something else, so giving them a chance, I tell them yes. At this point, I am very descriptive, a Double Cheese Burger with NO onion. Being that I am right there, I figure all is well but what a silly mistake I make. Again, I go to my truck and there is more onion on the sandwich than should be used for 3 of these burger and I asked for NO onion. Not going there ever again, if you want Chicken, stay away.
