I tried my first juice cleanse here and was pretty nervous about it before hand just because I didn’t really know what to expect. I love food and tend to get grumpy when I don’t eat but the juices were actually enough to satisfy along with the superfood snack he provided, it was delicious and really helped with any food cravings I experienced throughout the day. The most challenging part was just preparing meals for my kids. By the end of the day though, I felt really great honestly. I had energy and none of the bloating I normally get after dinner. I heard that a cleanse might be good more menstrual symptoms so I did mine a couple days before my cycle and let me tell you, it works! I found that with doing the cleanse, staying hydrated with the amore water and doing meditations throughout the day SIGNIFICANTLY eased my pms symptoms which are normally pretty uncomfortable. The best part is that when I did start my cycle, I had zero cramps. Yes NONE! I want to do this every month. Another thing I should add is by the next day I felt so good and balanced I wanted to continue with the cleanse but obviously was out of juice so I stuck with fruit, bone broth and light healthy snacks. I highly recommend this shop and the juice cleanse especially for the women who experience menstrual cramping...

Liquid for Life is an absolute gem of a juice and smoothie spot! Owned by the friendly and delightful Shad, this place serves up liquid magic in a cup. The immunity shots gave me the boost I didn’t know I needed—like a superhero serum, minus the cape! The smoothies? YUM! They taste like happiness and sunshine blended into creamy goodness.

But the real star for me was the juice called “I AM ENERGY”—it’s like they bottled up a lightning bolt and made it taste delicious. If you’re looking for a pick-me-up, this juice will have you buzzing around like a bee with a jetpack!

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to because everyone should know about this brand. Didn't use to be huge into juicing but honestly if I could have a L4L juice every day forever, I would. Not only the best tasting I've ever had, but the selection is delicious, diverse and always fresh. Scooped up a couple custom made cases for me which is super helpful and exciting.
