Happy Soft Opening to this NEW gem! I read their Grand Opening is on 12/4 with so many prizes & giveaways! They’re also continuing the celebration from 12/5-12/7 with BOGO free drinks!

Parking: Free parking lot. They’re located in a medium sized plaza, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss.

Ambiance/Environment: The interior is sooo cute! Very modern and clean! There’s a decent amount of seating. Perfect spot for a study session, boba/coffee date, or casual hangout. There are restrooms for customer use.

Service: Malaya was the cashier that assisted us. She was quick & efficient and even recommended me the Flame Latte based on my preferences.

Drinks:

1. Flame Latte - My favorite! It wasn’t too sweet, perfect amount of sugar, and the foam was really light.

2. Hawaiian Light - This was absolutely refreshing! I don’t recall choosing between Jasmine green, black tea, or oolong, so I’m assuming it’s green? Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it!

3. The Moon Shizuoka Matcha - The matcha was okay .. the only thing I really tasted was the milk. The matcha flavor was definitely “subtle” and “hinted with sweetness” as described.

One of the first things you notice walking in is an aesthetic that's easy on the eyes. Ambiance is great and I think they're located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Plenty of seating with free complimentary wifi as well. There are plenty of options, from teas to milks and even coffees and matchas.

My partner and I ordered two drinks: strawberry matcha latte and a yuzu oat latte. Both were awesome. One of the owners was very kind and walked up to us to offer a complimentary add-on of cloud foam to our drinks that she described would add a bit of creaminess to the drink. She was definitely right and that hint of sea salt in the foam tasted amazing.

Beyond the drinks being amazingly delicious, the special thing about this place feels like it really comes from the passion of its owners and the kindness of the staff. Delicious tea shops are all over OC, but I feel like it's amazing rare to find a shop where its owners and workers are so clearly passionate about their craft and giving customers the best experience with their drinks.

Saw their advertisement on Instagram and their stuff looked good. We made time to come in, although it was almost 6PM. We ended up meeting the founder and the branch owner - Elise (?) and Tammy - and they were the absolute sweetest!

Initially, we bought the matcha Einspänner and the tiramisu Latte and we fell in love with their drinks. You can really taste the quality and the care of the products and the belief that they put into their store and their products.

The drinks were so good, we ended up coming back the next day for the BOGO sale and the girls recognized us 🥺 😅 🫰🏻🩷. This time, we got the strawberry Matcha Latte (70% sweet) and the regular Einspänner both with egg pudding. And no surprise, the drinks are heavenly!

As for the interior, it's very chic and modern, which makes for taking awesome pictures for the gram.
