KFC — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

Okay let's get the story straight. For 10 years I keep stopping in at KFC's all the way up I-5 going north from my hometown Redding California all the way up through Oregon and into Washington through Seattle to my new HomeTown in marysville. Washington. All the stores I've gone to and I get bad chicken every single time. This store just gave me hot fresh chicken for the first time in 10 years. I've never stopped at the store before. This store has the best chicken out of California Oregon and Washington chains. Hands down hands down hands down hands down the best chicken and Northern United States. I just gave each employee $5 a piece which I should have given them more for having a clean store and hot...

I live in Eugene but work in Cottage Grove. Rarely but sometimes after I've worked late I like to stop along fast food row on Gateway to grab something quick for the trip home. I always get the same thing. 6 chicken tenders. Twice, once in June and once again last night, I got near or past Creswell before realizing I paid for 6 and only got 3. Normally this isn't a problem but chicken at KFC cost so much it's as if they had it imported from one of the moons revolving Saturn. For damn near two dollars a strip, I kinda want them all. I am half tempted to call NASA and see if they can't send a rover to Saturn to bring back some of those expensive alien chickens so they can go in the store and cluck...

Rude, slow service. Consistently missing items. Most recent visit was met with rude employees who were more worried about time then service. No customers, but was told there was an extended wait for fries which ended up looking like bottom scraps in the end. Employees were more concerned about getting customers away from the drive thru due to their timer (I worked in fast food so I understand the goal of getting customers away from the window to make their times look good to corporate)...this meant poor customer service and rude employees. Did not receive all of my order AGAIN. Will not continue to pay over price for subpar food...
