Casey’s is your typical convenience store stop. The staff is hit or miss on this stop they were very friendly. The food is pretty consistent with other cases and they have plenty of choices this round. There’s a little bit of everything in here. The store was a little cluttered and looked a little bit in disarray. It could use a good cleaning and more room for storage. The cashiers always keep things moving fluently. This is a good stop for some pizza or a quick grab and go.

Stopped in last night before heading to the casino. Horrible decision!!! Cashier was rude had her phone on speaker phone talking to her mom complaining about her job. She had no customer service skills at all. Mop bucket was full just sitting in walkway. Bathroom disgusting with chemicals left on counter. Very disappointed!!!!!

The team @ Casey's General is AMAZING!!! Each & every individual that I've had interactions with @ this location in CB, Iowa has gone Above & Beyond to make every experience a pleasurable one!!

To name a few Cj, Stephanie as well as Wes have always welcomed me with a warm hello, very friendly at checkout & have helped me with any questions I've had. The all-time best was when I was looking for Chex mix puppy chow for months I couldn't find it, came here & they had it made my night!!! Slushies are the BEST AIRY, FLUFFY & TASTE is ON POINT. The bone-in wings are breaded which are hard to find nowadays & are always made fresh dripping in sauce.

I walked in got 2 pops went up to the counter. A heavyset gal was on the register to the left side when you come in door all the way down. She rang up my 2 pops I asked her for cigarettes so she walked up to the front counter to get them held them up to make sure they were the right ones. As she was doing this a man and woman walked in the door. She sat my smokes down and asked who’s next? The old man started counting out money for gas. She should have said something to me like I’ll be right back to you or something. She didn’t so I just turned and walked...

Went through the car wash and had the stuff wasn't working it! Didn't rinse off the hot wax and soap. The brushes and the dryer didn't turn on. I pulled up visibly noticeable from the counter. The employee obviously new why I was there and just simply said "what do you want me to do about it?" If they know there's a problem with the car wash why have they not closed it!?! With a Big Sign Up front saying Car Wash OPEN. And not I didn't get a refund or another wash because I didn't have the receipt even with my car in the parking lot covered in...
