I did not see this option last night. I already gave my input. So I was looking for the review I put last night it seems to not be there. So I thought I would give my two cents here. I showed up at the Council Bluffs location at about 9:25 pm on 6/19. Now they are suppose to close at 10:00 pm. Just being me I thought get some wings and eat quick. I went in the front door to be greeted by a manager named Jaren or something very close to that. He asked how could we help you. I replied seating for one. He at that time informed they they already called for last call. I turned to walk out the door. He said he would see me next time. I then shook my head and said no you will not. Because I have been in customer service. I also thought I was trying to help a local business in the time of crisis. But it seemed them getting out of there right at ten was more important. So any way as the door was shutting I heard him say I am sorry I did not hear you. I was just going to keep walking but he then opens the door and says I am sorry I did not hear you. I just turned and said you will not. And kept walking out the second set of doors. He came out almost like he was chasing me and started attacking the way I parked. Because I was in a hurry trying to get in so I did not keep them to long I parked in two spots. He said maybe you could learn how to park. I said it's ok because the lot was pretty empty. He said it was only ok if I was drunk. Now I have been in customer service for a long time and I know if I ever followed a customer out the doors to say something like that to them my boss at any job I had. Read moreTalk about the most unorganized restaurant ever. Called down on Wednesday of this last week and made a reservation for Saturday for 20 guys to eat dinner before we walked over to the casino for a bachelor party which I explained all to the girl who took my phone call . All twenty of us get there on time and we walk into complete and noticeable chaos. First, off every single waitress, manager, bartender, and cook had a disgusted pissed off look on their face, which was awesome walking in to. I walk up to the host and he tells me they have no notes or recollection of a party for twenty. Asked for the manager, because its not this kids fault. He approached the manger and as he told her, I could easily tell based off her body language, she was never coming over to me as she raised her hands in the air and said I don't have time. Kid came back and said she would be over in a few minutes. As I waited for 20 minutes and still no manager, a party of 12 was walking out and hollering to every person waiting that they should find somewhere else to go. They were literally telling every person from their table to to the parking lot how terrible of an experience they had. Took them an hour to get their checks along with multiple and multiple screw ups. I could tell every single customer in that place was on edge and having the same terrible experience. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that they "had no notes or clue" of our 20 person reservation. Read moreAt 4pm on a Saturday We waited at the door for 30 min never being acknowledged as waitresses walk back and fourth right in front of us. After getting ignored with about 15 others waiting to be seated with 10-12 open tables in view we seated our self since other guests seated at a table by the door told us we wouldn’t get a seat unless we seated ourself like they had to. When then waited another 30 min hoping to get waited on as we watch waitresses move like zombies and walk right past us and gather in the back to talk and ignore customers on purpose we got up and left. At one point the waitress said to the other one “why did these people get seated?” Talking about us and a few other parties that seated our self. Finally spot a manager and her attitude is worse then the wait staffs and ignore any and everyone shuffling her feet along as she moves around and immediately returns to the back never to be seen again with yet another 15ish people standing at the front looking for a seat. Two cooks visible and with headphones in not communicating and giving the vibe that they didn’t wanna do the job or be working. The only ones that did seem to be getting it done was the Bartenders . Terrible experience. I got to Hooters all across this country and spend a lot of money yearly in them, so much that they sent me a VIP Hooters card a few years ago because I spent over 5-10 grand in hooters over the year.
