I’m so excited Council Bluffs finally has a Thai restaurant!! Our experience was wonderful. First and foremost, the establish was very clean and service was great. We had the Fresh Spring Rolls and regular egg rolls for appetizers. The Fresh Spring Rolls were full of vegetables and a few shrimp. The regular egg rolls were super fresh and delicious. For our entrees, we had the Red Curry and Drunken fried rice. The Red Curry was very flavorful and a little sweeter than I expected but very good and plentiful. 7/10 spice was not as hot as I was expecting. The drunken fried rice was traditional and hearty with a balanced variety of vegetables and fair amount of protein. All of food was delicious! Side note: their unsweetened ice tea is a Thai ice tea - doesn’t taste like the tea you are used to - still good just different. We are FULL and satisfied!...

I am disappointed to admit I've eaten here somewhat regularly over the last couple of years. The food is passable, but only because there aren't many Thai options around. My experiences have been mixed. They sometimes get orders wrong, or the food comes out gritty like they cooked it on a skillet that wasn't properly wiped down when seasoned.

After today though, I won't be going back. My food order was blatantly wrong, so I called and was told to come in to pick up the corrected order. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they needed the incorrect order back, so I drove home and brought it in. I can only hope they kept to waste it, and not to re-serve it.

Overall, unbelievably bad service, and mediocre/poor quality food. Salween Thai is better across the board. Highly recommend it...

I love Mercy Thai, so I was excited to have one close to me. I Ordered drunken noodles, they didn’t have the noodles, so they replaced them with pad Thai noodles. So that was ok I guess. But it’s not the same.

I was excepting sweet, sour, spicy salty Thai basil and heat. All the wonderfulness of drunken noodles. But, it was salty and hot, and lacking terribly in sauce. All those exciting tongue tickling flavors were missing. Oh how disappointed I was. It was honestly the worst drunken noodles I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot in many different states and a couple of countries.

I also ordered egg rolls, were just ok and very greasy. And the dipping sauce was offensively salty.

Maybe it was a bad day, and I might try again. But I’ll guess I’ll just stick to the...

Finally a Thai restaurant in Council Bluffs!! My husband and I have lived in CB for 6 months and have been missing a Thai restaurant. When we heard there was a Thai restaurant opening here, we were SO excited!! We have been 3 times and every time has been delicious! The restaurant is clean, open and bright. There are a lot of windows and easy places to park. We have gotten the fried noodles and fried rice. It's always delicious. We went with some friends (there were 10 of us) and the server was wonderful and everyone liked what they got. GO HERE!! Support local and keep them in business!!

We splurged on some appetizers and they did not disappoint plus very affordable. My daughter and I both ordered a soup of the menu! Ahh, so tasty and flavorful and enough take home for left-overs another day. I really am going to give props on the tofu here, usually not my jam but wow, even if you’re on the fence about it, try it here. Best tofu I’ve ever ate. It was flavorful and no weird aftertaste. Finish your night with a Brown Sugar drink! It is our favorite and so so good! We’ll be back plenty of times!
