I've been going to this Taco Bell for many years and trust me when I say it is going down hill at a rapid pace. I work in Omaha and had someone pick up my lunch today. When I got it I couldn't eat it. The taco salad had black hair in it and the Pepsi didn't have any syrup. I drove back to Council Bluffs (30 minute drive) and I told the guy at the counter I would like a new salad and that they needed to change the Pepsi tank. I did this quietly to avoid embarrassment of the staff and there were people there eating who didn't need to know about this. The person at the counter was nice, the lady making my salad was rude and loud and couldn't figure out why I eat my salads without cheese. Then I asked the guy helping at the counter for a bag and that guy threw the bag at me, balled up my receipt and threw it down on the counter. This place either needs new management or new employee's. I don't know which. I understand things happen, I've been in customer service for over 40 years but to be rude to a customer that isn't making a fuss or being rude is not right. I'm sure you want to keep your customers coming back but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I'm just one customer. How many others are experiencing the same thing? Read moreWell in one visit we went from ⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐ by the time I left drive thru smh. They hold everyone back at the speaker to order, "be with you in a moment" ... Uh, try taking 3 orders then get to work on them. I get it, not everyone knows what they want, but ask "Thanks for choosing Taco Bell, is this a mobile order?" and if they say No, go "Okay, I'm preparing an order, be right with you!" and do what you need to. Gotta keep the flow and manage tasks when you're (presumably) short handed!
Thanks for your hard work! I'll up my stars when my mobile order experience improves. The above script will make someone wait if they didn't place a mobile order, so it'll train customers to order ahead, and then everyone is waiting an equal amount while things continue flowing. 🧡🌮💜🌮
Dropped a star. Just got to the drive thru window at 9pm after legit 8min for 4 cars and I see at least 3 associates. Wow. You're not short handed for the volume of orders rn, so now I'm less understanding and irritated. Do better.
