Terrible experience with this Subway! The employees do not care about the customers. I ordered from Subway on 2600 Broadway in Council Bluffs IA 51501. I ordered at 10:28AM for pick up at 11:05. I actually got to the store to pick up my order at about 11:20AM. Thinking that since I ordered ahead it would definitely be ready. I ordered through the app as I do quite a lot. This time I went in to express pickup my order and they hadn't even started it. He made excuses about why it wasn't ready but I couldn't wait for them to make it. I am EXTREMELY upset. so I paid for my order in the app for 2 footlongs and I ended up with absolutely NOTHING. Terrible customer service and execution. Read moreOrdered a ham, egg and cheese 12 inch on Flatbread toasted. Got to the part where put toppings on, there was no egg. Was then told they only served that in the morning and could not have the egg. I stated that would have been nice to have been told prior to making. Then as leaving saw the sign that said they served it all day as do all Subways. I asked again about it as the sandwich would not be good without it. The girl again said they don't do egg unless it is morning, I pointed sign out. Finally got warmed up egg on paper on the side and put together the sandwich at home for my son. Training is definitely needed at this store. When pointed out, should never argue especially when it is policy of the store. I will go back to see how things are in a month, I hope things are better, we all make mistakes, we all have bad days. Read moreVery upset with my service, for once I didn’t get the respect I deserve, I got a sandwich that was not made correctly, and with no listening skills, got stuff on it I didn’t ask for, then was scraped off, with certain food allergies I have, I barely touch my sandwich and is 100% not accept this action and will probably call better business bureau with this situation.
