Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Council Grove

My partner and I ordered from here three nights in a row, and each night we ran into issues:

Night 1: Half of our order wasn’t delivered, and we received an extra item we didn’t order. We were given a $10 discount for the trouble.

Night 2: We were given the wrong drink. I was promised a redelivery of the correct one, but no one asked for my address or any contact information, so it never arrived. Again, we received a $10 discount for the inconvenience.

Night 3: When I called to place an order, I was directed to the call center. The man taking my order completely messed it up, but luckily my payment didn’t fully go through. I called back and spoke with a very kind young lady who took my order correctly. However, when we received our food, there were still issues:

The chicken in both of our salads was wrong. (Buffalo Chicken Salad and Crispy Caesar Chicken Salad both came with the chicken meant for the melts, not the boneless chicken chunks.)

Each salad only came with one container of dressing, even though we normally receive two per salad.

We also ordered two 20-oz drinks for $4.50, but received one in a bottle and the other in a to-go cup.

I have given this place 2nd and 3rd chances, in the past, but after my last experience here I will never bring my business here again. I like pizza with extra cheese, and EVERY SINGE TIME I order my pizza with extra cheese it’s ALWAYS undercooked. I’ve told them over the phone to cook it for longer and make sure it’s fully cooked, I’ve put it in the notes for my online orders, and when I get the undercooked pizza, I’ve called and told them extra cheese pizzas need to be cooked longer, I declined to be given discounts or free food because I just want what I order to be done right. We are an old couple that drove several days to stay in Council Grove because it was my home town and I had not been there in years. When two cousins, each driving about two hours, wanted to meet, I suggested the Pizza Hut. It was a great choice for us; the server was helpful and friendly (unfortunately I was too weary from the traveling to remember her name - but it was 11:30a on May 23rd, if that helps). She offered specials for our group of 7 (including two children) that worked just right for us and helped us save money, and didn't have a problem with us staying at the table for two hours to catch up on the past 8 years!
