I used to be a regular customer. I went to one of two dunkins in West Warwick every single day for over three years. They were so good that after a few months both stores would see my vehicle in line and the moment I got up to the intercom to give my order they would beat me to it and tell me my order before I could say it.... Now that's service. They not only remembered my order but the way I liked it cooked as well. They would also greet me by name and were very welcoming.
