Asked for a "plain bagel toasted, easy on the cream cheese". This is what I get. Hardly any cream cheese. Couldn't even finish it. There was so little cream cheese, you couldn't even taste it.

I went in for a quick grab of donuts and some breakfast. I asked for the French crullers. The kid helping me stated that they don't sell them anymore...but really meant to say they aren't getting enough stock of it. She was nervous and I was quite ok with the response. But boy that manager in there probably could use some "management skills" while correcting her employee...the poor kid was so...
