McDonald's — Restaurant in Covina

Honestly this is by far the worse McDonald's ive been to the only reason i gave them a 2 🌟 is because of convienance. We were given 4 re do's they had owed us, yes I repeat 4, yes 4. They cant seem to get it right... 3 sausage and egg with cheese well done on the egg 3 times it took freaking finally 3 tries to get all 3 sausage and egg well on the egg .each...individual times all wrong. When i went back it literally took 10 minutes for the 3 breakfast sandwiches because the cook couldnt figure out where the well done egg went so they had to redo the egg ... I was really upset. The manager that day couldnt even speak to me because they all knew horrible job and they couldnt do nothing about it. The 4th time was a kids meal and they forgot to give us a drink we order the same burger on the kids meal just about every sunday a burger with ketchup pickle only, simple, right they gave my son nuggets. I mean who gets that wrong... If you want your order to be inaccurate get the worse service ever and the worse experience then come here. They like owing...

This McDonald's is the worst!!!! Especially the morning crew Smh they don't do special orders, they get orders wrong, their machines are always broken and I have terrible experiences there! For breakfast I asked for scrambled egg instead of the round egg on my sausage McMuffin and the lady said they don't do that, I also ordered the strawberry smoothie and the machine was not working smh then during the night shift before they closed (which I kinda understand but at that point just say your closed) I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and my fries were over well done and my orange Hi-C tasted over carbonated smh bad! Bad! Bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sucks because this McDonald's is literally right down the street but I prefer to go to the McDonald's on Glendora and Arrow Hwy instead of here! They are much nicer and friendlier and they will make any custom order no problem and actually get your order right! This Breanna Ortiz chick below is an absolute joke smh she's just saying the exact opposite of everything...

Today I ordered a Big Mac combo with a large sweet tea half cut and a Fish Fillet. Now, large drinks cost 79 cents more here than at other local McDonalds, but they charged me an additional 10 cents for a large drink. When I got to the window to receive my food, I was given a medium french fry. I asked why it was not a large fry since I had ordered a large drink, and the lady said that the one who took my order ordered a medium. I asked "why", received no answer. A few weeks ago, I came in and ordered only a large sweet tea half cut. When I got up to the window to pay, the gal at the window ignored me for what seemed like several minutes, so I pulled up to the food window. I handed the lady my money, and she immediately walked to the back. The tea was sitting on the counter, but she did not give it to me until after a few minutes while she got my change. Then, I discovered that it was 3/4 full of ice. Frankly, I am not impressed with the "service" and believe that I will just frequent the other near...
