I work for doordash and tonight I received and order for this location to go pick up food. It was a late night order to be ordered and picked up by 1245am the restaurant closes at 1am so I figured they would still be open but once I got there I went to the drive thru and no answer then went to the window and they acted like they couldn’t see me then finally at 1259 literally 10 seconds from 1am they finally tell me they’re closed. Really?! Then as I drove off the shift supervisor laughs so I go back around because they’ve now all finally come out of hiding and I tell the girl I had a question, she finally answers and I ask “why are you guys partnered with doordash if you don’t stay open until the paired hours?” She replies with some rambled excuse. I’m still curious if they partner with doordash why are they not staying open until their posted hours or at least informing doordash they do not want orders hat late (which they can do) I know they want to go home but so do I and dealing with people ignoring me doesn’t help and also upsets the customer. Good job wendys!

Read moreI came to this location around 9:20am and try to open the door, after waiting at the door for over 10 minutes somebody inside pointed to the other door. Mind you the sign says open at 9:00am. I go to the other door to find it's locked. After finally deciding to leave and go to my car, an employee finally opens the door and asks if I'd like to come in. Why was there not an effort initially to let me in. The lobby at this location is never open on time. It's supposed to be 9am but it's always 9:15, 9:30+. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're not going to be open at the time posted, please change the times. Read moreI normally go this Wendy's location and have never had an issue with any of the workers but today was a different story. I won't waste my time going there again. The female worker who took my order was not friendly at all she was rude and didn't speak when I greeted at the window. She got part of my order wrong of course. I repeated my order twice and it was still partially wrong. Oh and she had me leave the drive- thru to go park in front and wait for my food while others in the drive thru didn't have to.
