Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Covington

The only good thing I can say about my experience here at the Covington Sonic is the orders do come out. Whether they are right or not isn’t even a factor. I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and it came out regular. There’s no reason why this sonic is as bad as it is. I waited 14 minutes for a drink that wasn’t even right. And they weren’t busy at all. I will never ever go back to this store. Atoka and Millington will get my business from now on. Not to mention the car hops are rude and act as if they don’t care about their job?

Being a local resident and visiting this location many times over the last 25 years, I was shocked to hear about the terrible service others were getting. I decided to try it out myself. I went to purchase 2 items on the way home. They put me on hold. After waiting at least 20 minutes for them to return, I moved to a different stall, thinking, maybe the 1st one wasn't working properly. Still, no service. I asked a car hop to please get someone to help us. Finally, they did. We got 2 items. One correct, one wasn't. As I left to go back in to get a correct item, the cup delivered all the contents into the floor of my car because the bottom of the cup was completely busted. We got our corrected item. my husband went to pick up our food and we got two burger meals w/fries. at 6:00pm the grease couldn’t have been changed because our fries tasted like french toast sticks and were super cold. the burger presentation was terrible!!! the only thing that was good was the limeade we got. will not be returning back to this location, terrible food quality

Update: after using the link (provided with this review) I was able to speak to a customer service rep. She stated that she would provide us with a free sandwich and/or tots or fries. However upon checking that app. My husband got a rewarded a free burger (with a purchase) and free tots or fries (with a purchase).
