Subway — Restaurant in Covington

Went there after getting groceries on the way out. I ordered a turkey sandwich and my wife ordered a roast beef add pepperoni. My wife’s sandwich had two slices of roast beef on it and they weren’t even folded to make it look fuller (flat) . When i begun to ask about this not being acceptable the attendant said its extra and gave me and my wife attitude . So we just let it be and left her order alone because we were hungry from being out all day running errands for the Fourth of July . When i ordered my sandwich after hers they repeated everything they said to me when i was deciding what i wanted on my sandwich loudly as if to rush me to get out of the store. I asked for light honey mustard , salt and pepper on it as a topping and instead the lady lathered a sauce i did not ask for on it and when i asked her to stop she kept going and ignored me, while rolling her eyes and muttering something in another language to her cohort . By then it was too late to change anything and i wasn’t about to go through that unpleasant process again so we sucked it up , paid and left for our food. I normally don’t eat fast food (i consider subway fast food) , but i will not be stopping there again , heck if i need to get some grab and go while on the move i guess we’ll go to Burger King because at least there you can “have it your way”. ZERO OUT OF TEN STARS DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING SKIMPY ON A COUPLE SLICES OF MEAT.

I went to the subway at 741 hwy 51 north after working a hard twelve hour shift and there were three employees there but only one young lady making sandwiches. There was a person being served and myself and two others behind me. The young lady was doing the whole process by herself so I asked one of the coworkers was he going to help her make sandwiches and he just rolled his eyes at me and kept doing what he was doing, stocking cheese. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this Subway store again the one in Walmart has much better service and the guy over there needs to go to this location and give them some retraining. I walked out without being served. They don’t deserve my hard...

Very friendly service from all three of the young ladies involved that were there that visit. This of course resulted in my sandwich being prepared exactly as requested. Since you describe what you want on your sandwich each time you go there, the enthusiasm, professionalism, and overall friendliness of the personnel is what make or break your experience there. Good job ladies. I give you 2 thumbs up for my sandwich. The establishment was very clean, Mask are required to enter the establishment and all Covid protocol appears to be in place. Overall I was very comfortable entering this Subway and my sandwiches were made to perfection making my visit there an enjoyable one. Great job...
