Subway — Restaurant in Covington

Will not be coming back to this location! Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. For starters I waiting in line with only one person in front of me for an extremely long time while the girls acted like they didn't know what they were doing. Most of the food containers were empty and when I asked for fresh mozzarella the girl went to the back and got a package of mozzarella out, and one by one put the sliced cheese in the container. After she filled it completely, the girl then takes ONE piece of cheese and rips the cheese in half! I asked for one more slice of cheese and she gave had an attitude about it. She then puts my sandwich in the oven and starts working on the next order. After taking my sandwich out of the oven she completely ignores my order and starts working on the next 3 sandwiches. After I wait for a long time the girl gets back to my order. In the middle of ringing up my order the girl says "hold on" and proceeded to go take a phone call in the back!! Talked to the manager about me eating a molded cookie. She was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She called me a liar. She said the cookies come straight from the freezer to the oven, and they don’t sit out for long. However, I went to countless subway stores. They’re always days when the cookies taste stale but never molded until now. So who’s the liar? I couldn’t provide proof of a photo, because I ate the cookie. Does not mean I’m lying. Atmosphere gets a 4 because its small and quiet. Food very disappointing. Ordered a takeout footlong meatball sub on Italian herbs and cheese. I didn't get it toasted. I regretted not doing so. When my wife got home with it. Mind you I live in Pine View Apts 0.4 miles away. It was cold. Cheese was barely even melted. Im 100% disabled due to a tumor in my cervical spine.
