Waffle House — Restaurant in Covington

While sitting at any WH, everything can be seen and heard while waiting for our food. Wait let me back up. Let me start with ordering the food. The prices have become offensive, not just unfair, but truly offensive. If the products were prime it would at least explain so e of the reason, however, a lot of your products are low quality. I'm not insulting WH, please understand, I understand food and labor cost, purchasing strengths, etc., however, the repetitious routines are appearing to be the corporate, or the home offices failures. Everyone on the food industry recognized the need for changes and growth, but WH never takes this serious. You are worse than McDonald when it comes to paying attention to strengths and weaknesses. What is going well and what isn't? Are we attractive from the road? Fro. The parking lot? From the front door? From the table? From the menu? The attitudes in WH employees literally affects the food. The way it is cooked. The way it smells. The way it is presented. Who and how it is presented and absolutely how it taste. C'mon WH home office. It's time to reinspire your...

I am a regular but tonight I had a bad experience the manager came in a young black lady and she brought her husband with her and I wanted to mess with one of the guys, one of the new guys that was working at this Waffle House and her husband had a snide remark! He went in the back with her to help her maybe he's an employee too or maybe not if not he needs to keep his mouth shut cuz I am a regular. I enjoy going to this establishment bit if I have to hear lip from someone that does it even work there that will not work for me I was not rude whatsoever and dont expect to be rude giving back to me. if I were rude I would expect that but for someone to walk in the door and be rude to me right off the bat I can't deal with that! please do something to correct this either stop her old man from coming in or fire her. As far as Waffle House's go, this is one of the cleaner ones, with more friendly staff than one may be used to. I think both may be because of this particular unit's distance from any interstates.

For those unfamiliar with Waffle House, they serve your typical diner foods, like breakfast lunch and dinner plates, but at much more reasonable prices than a lot of the major nation wide chains. The fact that at every Waffle House, your food is cooked and prepared all within eye shot of the counter, is a big plus to me.

Some units have odd or tight parking spots, but this is not an issue here. You WILL however miss the entrance if you're not paying attention as it is centered between the resteraunt and the adjacent lot. If you are coming up 25 North, it is well before the sign...
