After ordering and paying extra to get MY FOOD HOW I LIKE IT. Extra meat, extra cheese, sour cream on the side, etc. I got my food. As i checked my bag in the drive thru being rushed & asked "anything else" to get me to go ahead and pull off. I noticed my side of sour cream was not in the bag. I told cashier and showed her the bag and food missing the sour cream she told the lady cooking in the back (fyi tonight/morning 2/13/18 at 12:30am) to make a to go cup of sour cream.. Thats when this other lady with an attitude walked to the front argued that my sour cream was in the bag.. At this point im beyond pissed. Im the type if i want extra sauce cheese meat whatever i PAY FOR IT. AND IN THE CASE I PAID FOR IT. She did not assist the cashier ....the back and forward went on for a good 5 min until i left. deciding they more than likely will spit in my food because the cook definitely lacked class, polite manners, & basic customer service skills. I will spread the word at my work place, fb& other social media, yelp and i will be sending a copy of this complaint to corp. No matter how small the problem i can ONLY imagine what she does to ppl food who pisses her off before hand. Read moreIt was okay. Aside from being rudely corrected by the manager. Which. She was wrong. She said we have no deluxe cravings box. Just a nacho fries box, so I had to ask what was in it. And explain. I'm looking at it right here on the menu. That's what is in it. She said. Well that's a nacho fries deluxe cravings box. No. She mixed the name of the two boxes together. And steady argued. No where on the menu was a nacho fries deluxe cravings box. They change the deluxe cravings box often, the ingredients. But the name is the same.. and at this point its just arguing semantics. Either way, for her to jump on and correct me, when the man is already asking my order. Its just uncalled for, especially when you know what I'm talking about. So I just said, yeah, that's one. And this is after her jumping on and interrupting her worker just to correct me when I ordered. And she was even rude when my fiance had to go back in for our drink, asking the worker what does he even want. The worker ignored her and asked us to have a very nice day. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The lady taking my order was not only rude but absolutely ridiculous and out of line. You chose this line of work don’t be mad at me over providing a quick dinner to my children. I placed a mobile order (I’ve been told this is helpful to the kitchen) and was called as I pulled up that we would have two more kids join us I politely ask to place a new order in addition to my current one. I understand if you can’t edit the current one so I’ll just place a new one and pay for it separately. Was told NO THIS IS A LARGE ORDER AND THERE IS ONLY TWO OF HERE YOU CANT DO THAT. I asked so the person behind me can pull up and order but I can’t place one? Yelling at me NO YOU CANT. Okay I’ll pull around and place a new one once I get this food. NO YOU CANT DO THAT EITHER. Excuse me. What? Do better. This is like the once in a blue moon I go to Taco Bell but I will never come to this location again after being treated like that.
