The food is amazing, which is why I still come here, but the service from the younger workers gets worse every time! Today, I ordered an iced coffee. As I gave my order, I forgot to mention the size. The girl behind the counter responded, "How do you want it? Hot? Iced? Size?" as if I hadn't given any description of what I wanted. Attached is a picture of the bagel with maple walnut cream cheese that I ordered. She didn't even cover one full side! It looks like she used about 1/4 of an ounce of cream cheese, but I got charged full price. I noticed her putting my order in a bag, so I let her know it was to stay. "Not that you asked!" I mumbled to myself. She tosses the bagel on a tray and tosses the tray on the counter. After payment, I had to ask for my receipt because she did not offer or ask if I wanted one, nor was I informed of how much my order cost. My iced coffee was served very dark, like she'd used milk instead of cream, so I asked for "another splash of cream." By the look in her face, you would think I asked my server to deliver me the Hope diamond! (Edit to add: from the taste of it, she did originally add milk instead of cream, as ordered). I was not offered a straw or napkins with my order, either. At this point, I was done asking for items that should have been automatically given (in spite of "straw law" which I have yet to see obeyed anywhere else). I believe in supporting small businesses, but I do not tolerate bad service. Now that Panera has switched back to offering real cream cheese, I may find myself back there instead. The service is marginally better, but at least there I don't get bad service with a side of attitude problem.

I love the coffee here ! The bean is really good . Def top notch coffee bean . Most people have been indoctrinated to like the fast food coffee places like DD and they miss this little gem . This one even surpasses Starbucks. I usually ask for a black decaf that way I can have a taste of the coffee bean itself and let me say it’s really good . I know what real coffee bean just grown taste like . Growing up in my country I drank real coffee . I am can’t have regular coffee but if the decaf bean is good I can only imagine the regular .

It was labor day and many places were closed which led us to this cafe. The bagels were so fresh and delicious. I got cheddar with jalapeƱo creame cheese and it was spicy and filling. We all enjoyed our bagels and drinks. They were so kind and nice. It feels like a family run place but there is so much seating. Wish I got more bagels to take home. Even their coffee cups were aesthetic and they gave me a bit of milk for my toddler.

I have been coming here for years and recently i’ve noticed a difference in the quality of service and, in turn, the food. When the owner is there he will oversee all the food going out which is as expected, however, there have now been two separate times I have had an issue. Most recently, I ordered an iced coffee with milk on the side. This is usually not an issue here or at other cafes. Someone rang me up initially and charged me the correct amount for an iced coffee. Then the owner came over and made them charge me a whole separate transaction just for having milk on the side. It was only $2.00, but it is the principle of it that seemed unnecessary. I would have just put the milk in the coffee if I knew he’d charge me almost double just for putting the milk...

The first time I went there, the person helping me overcharged me and didn't close the register drawer to finish the sale. I asked for my receipt, and then they corrected the price. Seems like a register skimming scam. Making it more suspicious is that they like labeling receipt items differently than what you order. The last time I was here, I finally tried the hot coffee. The lid popped off, and the coffee was so hot it burned my leg and hand. Coffee is not supposed to be that close to boiling. It ruins the flavor, and my skin. I will say the...
