Garden Hills Fruit & Deli — Restaurant in Cranston

My family is fortunate to live close to Garden Hills Deli. It has all the great foods and meats I remember from the prime Italian markets of my youth, and all the efficiency, services and technology of the 21st century. Most of all, the staff knows its business so you can enjoy gourmet meats, amazingly fresh and varied produce and endless Italian specialties imported and usually hard to find elsewhere.The service is amazing and the staff goes out of its way to please. Finally, any experienced shopper and/or cook will find the prices are fair for the high quality of your weekly food needs and also for fine prepared dishes, soups, and sandwiches that rival homemade. They make the best deli sandwiches around. Their ingredients for all sandwiches are top notch number one ingredients. All their fruits and veggies are ultimately fresh. Like a supermarket, everything is takeout, you cannot eat there. When I'm there, I usually get my signature sandwich, large, in a long Italian torpedo loaf. It's their sausage and peppers, with sweet supprasada sliced thin, rabies, chunks of sharp provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers with some kind of dressing in the sandwich, It is to die for, although I haven't seen Jesus yet. This is a little grocery/deli food store. First off, all of the staff, food prep and cashier, I interacted with today were very polite and helpful which is a rarity these days. So thanks you guys at Garden Hills very much for that. In addition, the food was deffinitaly better then expected! They offer an extensive menu of things to choose from and are more then happy to accommodate special requests. I think this is one of the better deli's in the area. For sure I look forward to comeing back!
