Excellent! I've been choosing Sundae over 20+ yrs. Slamming spot. Always yummy ice cream and good selection. Usually have plenty of windows open so the line moves pretty fast. Couple of picnic tables to eat at as well. Right on a bike path too. Very nice customer service helpful in suggesting some amazing flavors! I got peanut butter Oreo that was delicious with chunks of Oreos and I also got peanut butter pie which was like a peanut butter ice cream with legit chunks of peanut butter cups (like halves of them!) The ice cream was fairly decent and the staff was very courteous. The wait, however, ruined the experience for me. It took 25 minutes for a small ice cream in a cup. It’s very awkward standing outside with all the other customers for that long while moving out of the way for cars trying to exit the parking lot. I’ve had dine-in places cook and serve an entire meal in half the time it took to get a couple of scoops of ice cream. There also appeared to be plenty of staff present.
