What a gem! My husband and I are SUPER hard to please and it’s often difficult to find restaurants that hit the mark for us. Happy to report that Dos Mundos hits all of them! It’s super welcoming and the decor is GORGEOUS. You’re welcomed right away with a smile and a hello and can choose from ordering off the ready to eat hot bar items or cooked to order. My husband got a plate with noodles, pork belly and lemongrass chicken. The flavors were perfect! We find a lot of places shy away from being traditional and punching you in the face with flavor, but not dos mundos. It was super flavorful and very traditional to the flavors we had while traveling throughout Asia and specifically Cambodia. I got the chicken sandwich special (muy muy I think it was called?) super crispy, perfectly cooked chicken with a huge chunk of cheese, red onions and an herbed aioli. YUM! Authentic , welcoming and deeply flavorful! From the minute we stepped in we were greeted with such warmth and joy that it made us feel like we walked into a family gathering!

We had the chicharrón & fried rice, carnitas taco, one gordo taco, wings, and the Dos Mundos sandwich- my fiancé had a beer and I had the mango drink and we had a flan for dessert. I cannot begin to tell you how delicious everything was! I loved how everything was packed with flavor and the hot sauce was not shy! Having grown up in Cali I have a special love for fusion food but had never had food the fuses Guatemala with Cambodian food- highly recommend! We showed up close to closing time and I was worried we would have to rush out but the owners are so genuine, down to earth, and made sure we enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you're looking for some great tasting dishes from the Cambodian and Guatemalan culture! As a long term resident of Western Cranston, we needed this! The usual restaurants in the area are good, but was getting quite boring.

It’s very clear the food is made fresh and daily, I honestly never had a bad meal here. My favorite go to dishes are the pork belly tacos, chicharrones, shrimp tacos, beef stew, cambodian sausages, chicken wings and thai ice tea.
