Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cranston

This review is about this particular restaurant in Cranston: I have never cared much for their food but over the years the quality has gone up but the sizes remain small. Delivery is fast and I always have nice and courteous drivers (which makes sense due to tips). However, the actual staff are not so friendly. I can't even begin to count the number of errors and more importantly, their behavior. If I was to list the examples this would be a book. This is a busy restaurant so I guess it's stress or overworked or they really just don't care. Time after time I have had been disappointed and they don't want to or seem to care about their errors. I absolutely wouldn't order from here but my kids and their friends choose it often. Ordering on the app, better get it right or else they'll say that's how it was placed so I order on the phone or walk in. I feel rushed and basic manners are lacking. I'm only giving 3 stars (should be less) but delivery is fast and the drivers make this review go up in stars. PS - I don't understand why the local guides give full 5 stars with all compliments. Very unsatisfied with this Dominos Park Ave, Cranston, RI location. I am a new resident to Cranston...as I moved from coventry back in June. I will say the West Warwick Dominos, maybe even ANY other location of Dominos supersedes this one. WORST service/delivery I have ever had from a Dominos pizza. Read the comments from google reviews. They don’t lie! This location forgets things from your online orders and definitely has terrible excuses for pizza being delivered 2hours late. They also never communicated with the second driver that the order was already paid for when he came out to deliver the SECOND order due to the first order not being delivered at all! So the new delivery guy was stuck calling them back to check and make sure it was all paid for even thought it had been paid for hours ago on the Dominos app. Terrible communication!! You’ve got to be joking!! Just moved to the area and I must say I am thoroughly pleased with the pizza making skills of this dominos- it’s like something out of a commercial! We got the ultimate pepperoni and extravanganza w/ banana peppers and let me tell you, it tasted just as amazing as it looked. The driver arrived promptly, followed delivery instructions, was pleasant on the phone and to my partner who ran down for the order... this dominos is also a little more pricier but I don’t paying and tipping for excellence!! Other than that, this is the best tasting dominos I’ve ever ordered from and that’s hard to say seeing as I’ve worked for a few dominos in RI!!! Great job though guys!
