Update 7/24/2020 A lot of new staff, morning crew not as pleasant as the old crew. Morning crew is pretty quick and 99% of the time my order is correct. Now for the evening crew, bottom line they all need to be replaced. I'm not sure why we sit and wait 10 minutes before our order is taken. Seems like if there are 5 vehicles in line all 5 vehicles wait like 10 minutes before waited on. Cars at window seem to sit and wait longer than usual to get order. I am at DD every morning and every night around 7pm and at 7pm the service iis terrible on most nights. Love this place but they need to stop hiring kids that don't really want to be there. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to take my order. Was not a busy time of day. 4 people were working and I was only one in line. This DD use to be so good. Rude workers. Ordered two drinks and bagel twists. One of the drinks was wrong (ordered a peach coconut refresher, just got a peach one). Okay, shouldn’t have been a big deal. We told the girl at the drive thru window this and she tells us she can’t take the drink back. Okay, fine, but this isn’t what I ordered. She responds with “well that’s how it was rung in”. Excuse me? I heard the order, the other girl read it back to us right, it’s not our fault it was rung in improperly. She made it seem like we were being an inconvenience to her because they messed up and wouldn’t fix it. We drove off at that point because clearly this cashier didn’t want to do her job and get the drink right that someone messed up on. This location used to be great, but I have no use...

The drive thru is a true example of very poor quality customer service. I told the girl my order she had to repeat it to me 3x before she hit it... 🎯. Then someone handed me my bag, coffee and should've checked they forgot my hash browns. The tip cup was as gross as gross could be so there wasn't anyway they were getting a tip anyway because their service was awful and did not deserve a tip nor was I putting my hands on that disgusting germ laden tip cup that needs to soak in sanitizer. Seriously, is this job that tough? Don't recommend this location. Go to Park Ave, they are so much better!! I came here because I was in a hurry.
