The Parlor Creamery — Restaurant in Cranston

I came today with my family and friends, total of 7kids and 6 adults, our orders were mixed dairy and no dairy because some of us had dairy allergy, the guy he start to hand out the orders and he give my husband non dairy for our son without saying its non dairy which not a big deal since he is a kid and has no allergy, but my friend who order non dairy he insisted to give her the dairy one and closed the window while we talking to him and wondering what a rude customer service and i told them that is so rude and you cant keep close the window in front of us every time we talking to you and your attitude is so bad but the lady said its because the air conditioner on which that cant be right because one minute will not going to destroy any thing, so its end up we throw it in the trash and I paid for another non dairy for my friend. The reason I didn't give it 1 star because I don't like to hurt any small business and I can't hurt the business for mistake from any employee because mistakes happen. Personally I don't think we will go back again but I hope this review can make a change in how to treat the customer nicely...

Wow, i sure do love spending my Sunday mornings here at The Parlor! The staff makes us as customers feel so comfortable especially with the peanut allergies my kids have. Nowhere else can i feel safe when ordering. On top of it being such a safe place my children have games to play and a grass area to be free while the adults get to chat. »Ice Cream is out of this world! »Staff is helpful and QUICK »Prices are FAIR »Seating area with music and games » Lots of parking space (which is great when coming with entire family)

WOW!!! I've never been to a cleaner place of business in my life. Not only that but I got treated like royalty and respect when I accidently said my order wrong. They made me feel like I was family. You can tell their employees have a great working space and a great boss!!

The portions of ice-cream I got for their cheap prices made feel like I was a kid again. I live pretty far away just about thirty minutes and I rather take the trip to come to the Parlor then go to any local creameries.
