I came here twice so far,, and both experiences were a little different. I was, however satisfied both times just not at the same level. I have to give credit where it is due, this is some of the best Gyro meat I have had in a little while. Quality of the meat was on point, and the fries were crispy and delicious. My second time there would be an almost perfect experience, but my first time had a little bit of confusion. The service was pretty quick as well even when they were busy. I was not too happy with my server the first time, but the woman serving us my second visit was great. The best part of my second visit was that the server listened, understood, and accommodated which made for a much better meal. I ordered the Gyro which comes with a side salad and another side of my choice (fries). I asked her if I could bypass the salad, and just have a few extra fries as I do not like vegetables or most things healthy (typical American junk eater). She agreed and gave me the additional fries and the meal was great. The first time, I tried the same thing and the waiter said he can’t sub anything and it became a combination of confusion and irritation. All I wanted was no salad, and a few extra fries. It did not even have to be that many more, it could have literally been 4 pieces. I just don’t want greens. He did not get it and my meal was good, but not near what it was my second time. Huge thanks to the waitress for understanding what I wanted, and delivering because it made all the difference. I understand subbing sides is not something places always do, but in this case pleasing the customer was simple and they did it. I would definitely come back, but hope very hard that they let me order the same way again. Delicious Gyro meat packed...
Read moreThis restaurant was a total let down. For someone who grew up with Turkish food, the food was spot on. Very delicious and plated well. The service is where the cons come in. We walked in and the servers either just stared at you or walked passed you. A large party walked in right behind us and they got seated before we were ever spoken to. The only times we EVER saw our server was when we placed our order, food was brought over, and when we were practically walking out the door. No one ever came around for half an hour to ask if the food was good, refill our empty drinks, asked if we needed anything else like napkins (literally got 2 napkins for 2 full-sized entree as well as sides) We had to flag down our busser to get a check because the manager was too busy adjusting his suit in the display case to noticed anything going on. Waiters literally just leaned against the display case and chatted while we waited a solid 10 minutes with our check for someone/literally anyone to grab it from us. We honestly just felt like a wall sitting at our table because all the staff would stare at you. Our busser was the only person who ran around trying to help the other tables. That man deserves to delegate the waiters to do basic restaurant work like check in on a table and I don't know, maybe actually acknowledge that your...

Thanks Chef Mediterranean owner for the response. So I hear that sharing lunch calls for or gives you right to mistreat customers????
Also, we ordered three mains as lunch as we believe in sharing it depending on our appetite. We had to even take away the leftover as we couldn’t eat it all!
Original: I never thought I would be the one to write about the racism, but if it’s that, then I felt it today at this restaurant!!!
The waitress clearly showed discontent of serving us at the table full of brown people. I went to Chef Mediterranean for lunch today and the waitress was so rude that she kept giving us an attitude as if she is not happy to serve us. She also wouldn’t come when I requested her to come to our table while the restaurant had only two other tables occupied. However, I noticed that she went running to the table with white ethnicity. She gave vinegar and olive oil with bread to all the other tables with white ethnicity and didn’t give us. When I asked her, she said we don’t usually give but I’ll get for you as if it was a favor. That was ridiculous!!! I even asked her if she was having a good day and pat came a reply that she can’t help it if I think...
