I'm a Culver's fan. I like their burgers and fries, and I especially like the next-level service I've gotten at every Culver's I've ever been to. So I was pretty surprised tonight by my less-than-stellar drive thru experience. After a longer than normal, but forgivable, wait just to place my order, I was asked to repeat the entire order after I placed it. Hmm, well, okay. She wasn't ready after all, I guess. When I got up to the window, I paid and she told me to pull around. At that point I asked for a couple of mayo packets so that whoever delivered my food wouldn't have to run back in. There was something in the way she said, "I'll be sure to get a couple in your bag" that made me know for sure she had no intention of doing so. Since I'm taking the time to write this, I'm sure you won't be any less surprised than I was to find that there was indeed no mayo. I guess it was lucky that they also forgot my wife's sundae so I had to walk inside anyway. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for the way she said what she did. I would even give her the benefit of the doubt that it was an oopsie, or that maybe she was having a bad night. I just expect that higher level at Culver's. I've never had a problem here before, so I won't let one visit ruin things, but I'm holding off on more stars until I go back a few more times and feel better about the place again. It's not the end of the world, but I'm still pretty...

Read moreI was 3rd car in line. I ordered 1 hamburger with tomato, mayo, pickles, and extra onions (on the side), no cheese. I was number 61. After 10 minutes the nice Latina lady runner who seems to always be working there explained to me that 62 was made twice but 61 could not be located. So she went back in after verifying what I had ordered. She seemed to be the only one in the store concerned about this. After another 5 to 7 minutes the nice Latina came back out with my order. She apologized once again and offered me a cone for my inconvenience. I declined but she was the only positive part of this experience and proved to be a fine representative of a questionable store whose quality has gradually declined over the last 12 months or so. At home, upon inspection, the onions were present, but the mayo, pickles, tomato were lacking. These people charged me $.30 for a partial tomato top. I would think that maybe you would want to make the burger properly knowing that the customer had been waiting so long. Maybe the griller could be trained to ask him or herself, "Would I pay $4.37 for this monstrosity?" Gimme a reason to come back because you're just one of many burgers...
