Target is truly a one-stop shopping destination that consistently impresses me with its combination of quality products, affordability, and a pleasant shopping experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean and well-organized store, making it easy to find whatever you’re looking for.
One of the things I appreciate most about Target is its diverse product selection. Whether you’re shopping for groceries, clothing, home decor, or electronics, you'll find a wide range of options at competitive prices. The store’s private label brands, like Up & Up and Goodfellow & Co., often deliver great quality without breaking the bank, which is a huge plus.
The layout of the stores is also user-friendly. Items are organized into clear sections, and I love how seasonal displays keep things fresh and exciting. Plus, the addition of the Starbucks kiosk in many locations makes it easy to grab a coffee while you shop—what's not to love about that?
Customer service at Target is generally excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help if you have questions about products or need assistance. I’ve had positive experiences with returns and exchanges as well, which adds to my overall satisfaction.
Their app is another standout feature. It’s user-friendly and makes shopping more convenient. You can check for product availability, access digital coupons, and even order items online for curbside pickup—a lifesaver for those busy days!
I also appreciate Target’s commitment to sustainability and community involvement. They’ve made strides to improve their environmental practices and support local organizations, which reinforces my decision to shop there.
In short, Target has earned its spot as one of my favorite retailers. With great products, an enjoyable atmosphere, and a focus on customer satisfaction, it's no wonder it’s a top choice for so many shoppers. Whether you’re buying everyday essentials or indulging in something special, shopping at Target is always a...
Read moreTarget Store Kirkwood (1042 S Kirkwood Rd, Kirkwood, MO) you all need more customer service training.
As a business owner I make two separate purchases, one personal and one business. I walk up to self checkout. It’s myself and another woman. There is one clerk there. Did she greet me or the other woman? No. If you can’t greet me and then in so many words ask me if I’m stealing it’s a negative for me 🚩
I couldn’t even finish my personal purchase before she starts walking around my cart asking are the other items in my cart a separate purchase.
As a business owner I’m going to keep it professional and I answered yes it’s a business purchase. (What I wanted to do is ignore her but my goal was to educate her to let her know business owners shop here too 🙄 and we handle shooping differently.)
Target I understand you want to make sure people aren’t stealing. I used to work in retail for 4 years. I totally get but she didn’t even give me the opportunity to start my second purchase before opening her mouth to me. I do this all the time at Hampton and Brentwood and I’v never encountered this issue.
The customer experience is very important and it starts when the customer walks in the door. One person spoke to me in that entire store and that was the clerk who was at self checkout.
Imagine this! No one speaks to you except the person who’s pretty much asking if you’re stealing. As a business owner you all failed...

I got the email alerting me my items were in on the 21st, and went to pick the items up on the 23rd. When I arrived they informed me that they were put out on the showroom floor for sale?! They explained this is standard procedure if you do not pic them up within a week to do this. I explained the timeline, and they were ARGUING with me saying they got the order on the 13th. When they realized that no I ORDERED them on the 13th, and they got them on the 21st two days before, (I have the email) then they started saying oh well it's actually only a 3 day policy during the holidays. IT'S STILL NOT EVEN 3 DAYS HELLO! I don't understand considering I paid for the items, and the manager said "sorry I don't make the rules why don't you go look on the showroom floor, and I'm sure you got a refund." How does this make ANY sense. Now you have to re-sell the items, and also have an upset...
