I’ve been shopping for kitchen supplies for a couple months now, and I love coming here to buy a few pieces at a time! They really do have all the decor you need for your home. They have a wide variety of dry goods and interesting snacks to try which can be a fun treat to take home. I’ve also been impressed with their selection of comforter and bed sets. Prices can add up quickly here, but still cheaper than many other places!

The cashier told me she would not give me the 50% holiday discount on the food gift I had selected even though a worker in the aisle said it was on clearance. I took her at her word because it was on an un-signed table. Went to another location where the same food gift was on a discount table and purchased it with no issue. Same cashier tried to deny the discount on a Harry and David item that was peppermint flavored, featured holly berries on the package, and was fully merchandised on a Christmas sale table. I pushed on that one and she wrang it up. Her argument of "seasonal doesn't mean Christmas" was a little ridiculous for something with holly on the packaging. Policing the product like that will...

Manager Matt was incredibly inappropriate towards myself and my 6yr old daughter today. She pressed the help button. I let an employee know within 15 seconds of her pressing it. 5 or so minutes later He proceeded to find us in the store and scold us and state she pressed it again- I told him it was me trying to see if I could turn it off- he then told me about his corporate ratings for the wait time. I told him he doesn’t need to be scolding all of this to a 6 yr old girl. He then states he’s not scolding her he was scolding me.
