Unfortunately this is one of those situations where they are suffering more than usual with the entire state of the planet right now. They clearly can't find any employees and the ones they do have aren't really on top of it. Just opened my box of chicken strips to find 12 high hand traffic, very very unsanitary ketchup packets literally stuffed to the brim in the box all over the food lol complete contamination for sure. Such a waste of space honestly. Food quality has been slipping for years. They don't handle online/pickup very well. Confusing/no effort setup to adjust for the pandemic. Now apparently they constantly run out of things as simple as honey mustard and clearly it upsets the employees so they just do very stupid things in retaliation or, (hopefully not) ignorance. I don't even really acknowledge covid as a threat and this still wouldn't be acceptable to me in 2016 before everything. Maybe they should require food handlers cards since minimum wage is going up, prices are going up, obviously expectations are going up. I'll try the fairly close P Hill DQ next time. Poor quality service and food. After they drop your food at the table, you have to go back and wait in line at the counter to get all the things they forgot (like ketchup and spoons). Four dollars for a tiny hamburger and fries. The onion rings (four dollars for a large) we received 8 rings and they were all mashed together, that's fifty cents each for mutilated onion rings. This review is specific to the Creswell, Oregon DQ. Other local DQ's are better. Really how much effort does it take to get fast food right? Update: Decided to give them a second chance. The food was pretty good. But after picking up the order and taking it home We realized they added $5.89 to their profit by leaving out the blizzard. ???

My husband and I go to DQ a few times a week for Ice Cream Cones! We used to get food, but the food has never been very good, it's very dry! Actually, I'm talking about the store in Belfair, WA! As for the Ice Cream Cones all over, they use a cake cone. The Ice Cream used to fill the cone as well as the outer edges of the top of the cone!🍦Like this! 🍦🍦😋 But, now they just fill the inside and come straight up with the Ice Cream and leave the top of the cone Dry! 🤔🙄 I understand needing to lower expenses, but not at the cost of skimping on the product to the Customers! Charge a little more if you must, but give us back a Good Quality Ice Cream Cone, as advertised on your billboards! Please and...
