Food was great, service was great, the alcohol was great. The problem was.... I ordered the bacon blue cheese burger. 1 long island tea, a shot of Jack Daniel's and a Washington apple shot. I ate my food drank my beverages and asked for my bill, I placed a $10.00 tip on the counter where I was seated, and to my surprise the bill was outrageously way over priced at $62.00, The menu price of the burger was $14.00 but I was charged $20.00 the shots were priced at 8.00 X 2 which I think is great, I was charged 12.00 for the long island again that's fine. So that should have been $42.00 and that would have been fine. BUT 62.00 the server told me that the owner charges a tourist tax (20.00) per person. THAT'S NOT OK THAT'S HORRIBLE... there were 4 other guys in there at the same time complaining that they were charged 5 and 10 bucks more than what the menu showed. And then a 20.00 extra (tourist tax). This is a hugh scam that this...

Asked the bartender if the kitchen was still open, he said it was but, it was going to be a while because the kitchen is "backed up". Asked if there was a menu, bartender pointed at the other end of the bar "Over there..." He wouldn't even make eye contact.
Wasn't a fan of the tone that was conveyed. Made me feel like I was hindering and bothering them. The place is dirty AF to boot.
I didn't stay. I went and found food in Cripple Creek.
These tiny towns act like they have enough wiggle room to be rude, and lose...
