Most of the people who work there have low attention spans and have a very low capacity to understand simple concepts. No commitment to Excellence at all. No situational awareness. Employees can't even tell you what's on the menu without choking up. They don't use 3 way communication to make sure orders are correct, so alot of the times they're wrong. Seems like they don't even train people anymore. All these young kids want to do is be on their phones. They'll give you an attitude if they mess your order up. As if you have no right to complain. I'd rather have a robot make my food. That way you don't have to deal with inconsistencies, attitudes, excuses, or laziness. I guess they can't find quality people because wages are low. Unfortunately their employees don't realize that success in life is created in the moment, and by striving to do your best in every moment, and in everything that you do, it will be beneficial in the long run....performance. You actually have to work, and do more, to justify an increase in wages...not the other way around. You have a responsibility to work. While you're on the clock, why not look at the menu and memorize it? Why not try to master your duties in order to provide the best experience for the customer? Why else should you get a tip? I may be asking for too much. I can't even get hot food for the 3rd time...
Read moreThe food was actually made REALLY good. I came in pretty late around 1030 pm but they were open until midnight. Our server I think her name was Haley was working the bar and the tables alone while the other employees who I assume just ended their shift were still hanging around having some drinks. They were all hanging around at a table that was right near mine and being obnoxiously loud and talking about work and personal life etc. Just very annoying when you're trying to enjoy a meal with your significant other after a long day at work. I do want to add that Haley(again I THINK that was her name) was very professional and not even conversing with the other employees that were so loud. She was very prompt and seemed to be working her butt off to clean the place and serve the people who came in after me as well as before me. I gave it 3 stars because of the server being so great and the food being made very well aside from the salad (every chilis salad have been slacking!!!) But the annoyance of the employees having a good ol time right near my table was enough for me to rate it 2 stars less. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the inappropriate LOUD conversations right near my table. I'll try again but maybe for lunch time when the employees are...
Read moreWe come here all the time (like weekly, we have an issue I know). Everything was great as usual except for our server Madison. She took our order and then basically disappeared, making other workers bring our food and drinks. When we paid we unfortunately did not have enough to tip, which we apologized for. Madison then came out to tell us that because we didn’t tip, she would have to pay for the tip out of her own pocket. She said she was basically paying for us to eat (which is crazy considering she said she would have to pay $5 when our food was MUCH more than that). It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. We usually tip out of courtesy and because our servers are usually angels in disguise, but Madison was basically gone the entire time, zero conversation, and then only appeared when it came to the tip. Chili’s making their workers pay for their own tips is bad enough, I could go on about that for hours, but it shouldn’t mean that the guests have to pay the workers for the business. That is a management problem. All in all, food was great but server was really weird and off-putting. Business also disappointed us. Do better, Chili’s. We...
