This has been my go-to location for months, but after an interaction with the girl at the drive-thru window that may not be the case anymore. I ordered ahead online and when I got to the microphone I let her know I was picking up an online order and she said to pull up, when I did she immediately shoved a large coffee into my hand, when I tried to tell her that wasn't my order she tried to fight me on it telling me I was wrong. I told her my order and showed her the order receipt she threw the wrong order on the counter before closing the window. When she came back, she was still missing parts of my order and refused to answer me when I asked about it, then I asked for ketchup and she rolled her eyes, said they didn't have any, and shut the window as I was talking. I am never one to write negative reviews especially for food service since I know it is difficult to work with the public in that kind of setting, but that girl's reaction was completely uncalled for and a bit hurtful seeing as I remained polite and respectful while she badgered me about my order. I am very sorry for having to write this, but someone like her should not be on the front line of a business dealing with people when she is entirely impolite...
Read moreThis location has the most "milk dud" employees who seem to hate being there. Specifically the drive thru crew. They are never nice, or look at you when speaking to you, taking your money, or giving you your order...no "goodbye," or "your welcome" when I thank them. D bags.
One time I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up while waiting in line at the drive thru(I was like 2 cars away from the speaker)...then I get to the speaker and tell them about the order I just placed...at the window the employee gives me an attitude and says "next time we need more than 5 mins to get the order ready"...what difference does it make if I order through the app in line, before I get to the speaker, or order at the speaker!?! You literally have the same amount of time to make 2 drinks and a food item or 2 from the moment I get to the speaker.
Then I order food for my company every week and they forget an item or mess up the order every other week. If they dont have an item I ordered through the app: they don't substitute it, they just don't put anything in the order essentially robbing me.
The inside of this location is very nice. The fish tank is a nice touch and is overall...
Read moreDidn’t know how the mobile app functions as I never go to Dunkin anymore. In drive thru, we were rushed through by the girl at window. I asked her how to scan so I can get rewards for my purchase. Her response was “oh I’m sorry you already paid so there’s nothing I can do.” Instead of fixing the issue and providing customer service. I purchased things and want my rewards points. That is insane that she can’t scan my purchase after taking my card. In that case, she should have canceled my purchase and tried again since I was asking specifically how the app worked. Worst customer service ever and another reason to add to the list why Starbucks is a million times better than Dunkin. Dunkin remains serving burnt, watery iced coffee which is 80 percent ice, and bagel sandwiches with completely unmelted American cheese. Somehow a large iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich was 11 dollars and I CANT use that towards rewards. Do yourself a favor and always go to Starbucks or literally any local coffee shop over this garbage business with zero customer service. Thanks so much...
