I found this Macdonald's restaurant to be very slow, not particularly clean, and unable to accurately complete my order. I'd suggest you take a pass on this place.
On entering, there was no one taking orders at the register and a few people were ahead of us. Rather than wait, an employee encouraged us to order through the kiosk and assisted the entire time. In the time it took us to complete our order with his help (he couldn't find where to order French fries!), the counter person had returned and served three customers. So the kiosk seems like a huge waste of time. And then, we had to wait about 15 minutes for them to make one of our items (a chicken sandwich). A customer who was waited on at the counter just ahead of us finished eating and left the restaurant before we got our food. Very slow! Unacceptably slow.
The urinal in the men's room had a puddle of urine beneath it. Nothing more enjoyable than standing in someone's urine. And get some high velocity hand dryers. Nobody has time to wait for those old fashioned dryers to finish.
Back to the kiosk. I prefer a quarter pound hamburger. That is a burger without cheese. I find that the two slices of cheese Macdonald's uses is one slice too many. But try to get them to make it without cheese! OMG! I've requested this at at least three or four different Macdonald's restaurants in at least three states! It is rare that they get it right. Today, I had the best chance ever! The kiosk lists a quarter pound hamburger! That's right, they actually have it as a menu item without cheese! Jackpot! But, it wasn't to be. Too good to be true. They got it wrong and delivered it with two slices of cheese. It's a hamburger, for goodness sake, not a cheeseburger! In other instances, I've taken the time to clearly explain to the clerk what I want only to have the person preparing the burger get it wrong. Why can't Macdonald's get this right? I guess if I had a dairy allergy, I'd keep taking them back to make right. But I've done this before and had to wait way too long for them to try again. So, I'll continue my quest to get Macdonald's to get it right the first time.

Then they charge me every time at this location for the extra sauce but the other location in cromwell doesn’t so that seems real suspicious. Workers here make big deals out of the dumbest stuff. They know that everyone loves sweet and sour for years at this point so why is it a surprise when people want more and how do you expect 1 sauce to be enough for a 10 piece anyway. I know fast food is a stressful job because I worked it before but I come here often being nice as possible and ask for stuff nicely and yet the workers are always rude over some sauce. another edit may 2024(last edit cause I'm definitely never going back)- I started going again using the app figuring they can't mess things up, but they still managed to. gave my code at the drivethrough, they confirmed my name, but when I went to pull up to the window they were saying they didn't have an order and that I must have ordered in the wrong location. checked the app and it was the right location. if I was at the wrong location, when I gave the code how would they have confirmed my name!? ended up telling them nevermind and driving off, and was able to cancel on the app....
