Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Crossville

If I could give no stars I would! This is the WORST chick fila Iv EVER been to. Go through the drive through and the girl literally dumped 3 drinks on my lap. Went all over my phone! She never apologized to me. She stood there with napkins, never bothered to help. As I’m soaking up soda and flicking ice out of my car, I asked for a towel because you know, a couple napkins doesn’t help. I asked 3 times and was told they didn’t have any, as I see people using towels in the background. Then I was asked to pull forward into a spot to continue cleaning my car out. Had to go get more napkins multiple times. I then spoke with the manager who was extremely RUDE, “you can have a towel but i need it back.” I understand accidents happen, but apologies should have been said and wrongs should have been made right…gift card a car wash for Peets sake. I still have sticky soda in my door window I can’t get rid of. (Brand new car) This happened weeks ago, and I’m still upset enough about it to write this review. My family and I will NEVER be back to...

This is hands down one of the worst Chick-fil-A in the business. Let's start with the dining room, always disgusting. Trash everywhere, homeless allowed to hang out in the back of the dining room like they are paying guests. The bathrooms always smell like day old pee/feces. And that young female GM Lexi, I think her name is, the way she treats customers (my family and I) and her employees. I would burry my head in the sand if she was my GM. She's just a very rude human being, inexcusable when you're in that position. I'll never be back to this location, maybe Chick-fil-A as whole, because of her attitude. There's another Chick-fil-A a few miles down the road in Cookeville, I recommend that one over this one. Much cleaner and more friendly. Hands down Crossville Chick-fil-A, is the worst Chick-fil-A in the whole corporation. From a customer perspective, this one should be shut down. P.S. I do have to agree with these reviews. I love Chick-fil-A but this place is just not it. The times are super slow the employees look messy. They look like the just rolled out of bed.

Now when ordering food we waited about 15-20 mins for just to order. Once we ordered we couldn’t even pay until we got to the window. I asked the lady why not just pay here this is what keeping up the lines. We got up to the window asked the same question another 20mins went by. We finally got our food and it was cold they didn’t fill the fry container all the way. I asked why is this taking so long and why couldn’t we just pay the people taking the orders. She was a manager she stated bc we close at 9PM which was a lie they closed at 10PM as we where there on a Friday. We also ordered a kids meal and the drink was just carbonated water.

Also, please have your employees shows some respect for the company.
