The boy working the drive thru Mother’s Day morning 5/11 wearing a Pride Network shirt (not sure of his name) made us very uncomfortable and needs to work on his service skills. We had a mobile order, so we just had to pull up to the window to get our drinks. He opened up the window giving us the nastiest sneer (again we didn’t say a single word to him prior to this other than saying we had a pickup order at the speaker) and he didn’t say anything - literally nothing - other than give us nasty looks. My husband and I both said thank you as we always do in the drive thrus- again dead silence. After he handed us the last drink the window was slammed shut and my husband and I just sat in silence. It was the most awkward encounter. I’m choosing not to take it personally as he could’ve just been having a bad day. But if you’re going to be the face of a company, at least a neutral expression and a simple “your welcome” would go a longer way than sneers...

So sorry she has to work with someone like that I know she just can’t wait to get home. Will never be going back to this Starbucks if this is the type of customer service management...
