Dynasty Asian Cafe — Restaurant in Crossville

I often try to avoid giving bad reviews; however I feel there is a tremendous amount of room for improvement in every aspect of this restaurant and it's crew. This was my first time going to this location. Even though we both threw our food away, did not complain and still paid full price; ike always, I will wait a while to allow for time to correct the issues described below and give it another shot, with a potential update/change to my initial feedback. DIRTY facility. Customer neglect. Incorrect food. Chicken served uncooked/mostly raw. Very small portions. Substantial amount of filler vegetables (Mostly just onions and carrots) to save on meats. Rice was undercooked, hard (Beyond al dente) and sitting in a lake of water.

Again, I will give this restaurant another try and an opportunity to make the changes needed to make a positive dining experience and I will change my feedback to accurately reflect, should it...

While the food was very good, I'm still giving this 1 star due to the service. I came in with my wife and 3 kids for lunch. We ordered a tuna roll, salmon roll, and 2 California rolls. The sushi was served with no side plates. The server was within 6 feet of our table leaning against the sushi bar on her phone and we asked 3 times for side plates...she was too distracted by her cell phone to pay us any attention...My son spilled his drink and my wife had to stand up and yell to get her attention to get napkins to clean up the mess...I once again asked for side plates and once again no response...By now, I'm so irritated, I just gave up. The food was good, but the service ruined it for us. We won't be back. I don't think the sever spoke very good English, but this is not an excuse. She was standing less than 6 feet from our table, preoccupied with her cell phone the entire time and it seemed like she was...

The food is good BUT... do they use MSG or not? That's a question I can't seem to get an honest answer to. Before ordering the first time, I called and asked. They said when I placed my order I could request it be made with no MSG. That's what I did... until one day I forgot. When I picked up my food, I told them I forgot to request no MSG. That's when I was told all the sauces have a little MSG in them, and there is no way to make them without MSG unless I tell them to leave off the sauce. So when did they lie to me? When they told me I could request they make the food with no MSG? Or when I was told that the sauces always have a little MSG (because they didn't want to replace the already-prepared food for me)? I wish somebody at that restaurant would give me an HONEST answer about the MSG, but I guess that will never happen. So, I'm once again on the hunt for a Chinese restaurant that will prepare food...
