Where to begin......The childish little girl that was working the counter was very very rude and very disrespectful and acted like she hated her job. I ask her a question and she very rudely answered and I also ordered a blizzard and basically ask me how to make it. It wasn't very hard it was m&m and oreo blizzard. And after I got the blizzard she mumbled something under her breath. And I knew to just walk away because I was not going to argue with a child. I have been a manager at restaurant and if my employees ever disrespected a guest they would definitely have consequences. Because that is their job and I understand working with public is difficult and employees are aloud to have bad days just like everyone else,but when I was being very nice and polite to her and her come across the way she did was very uncalled for. And when the blizzard was finished she held it upside down for longer than it was required and stared at me like i was supposed to tell her when it was ok to hand it to me and through my receipt at me. Nikki (the manager) and Megan were the best! They couldnt have been nicer….made my buzzard perfectly AND passed the drop trst!

As someone who travels frequently and across the country, I have had lots of awful experiences these past 6 months since I started traveling again.

In this day of zero customer service and lots of attitude and entitlement from the few workers who don’t want to be working and think you, the customer, owe them something more than your money….., this was such a refreshing experience!

It Restores my faith that there are still good people out there who know what customer service is and how to deliver it!

They’re just few and far between but they’re still out there!

These two were kind AND took pride in their work! They were obviously not just there for the paycheck!

We need more Nikki’s and Meghan’s working in hospitality business these days!

Stop in….you will be treated like royalty AND they will be happy to see you!

PS and while I was there Meghan got two pins one for the perfect blizzard she made for me and one for a perfect...

Horrible experience on mother's day. When pulling up to the drive through I verified that this location was participating in the nurses and teachers week, and when pulling up to the window we showed our teacher identification IDs , but the man and woman at the window then said they wanted to see a physical badge , so I had to get out of my vehicle and go get it out of my trunk , which was fine ... but then after I went to show my physical ID badge they proceeded to tell me ... " You also have to have this printed out coupon (and he showed me the coupon which did not even have a bar code and clearly stated " Free blizzard when you show your teacher or healthcare professional ID " ), which we did as we are both teachers and a nurse. The fact that they tried to get us to step through all of these hoops only to have to pay full price for 2 melted blizzards is ridiculous. Do better. We will...
