Burger Zone — Restaurant in Crowley

The staff is good and I usually don't have too long of a wait, but most of the food could be easily made at home the same they do it here.

I do have one major complaint about the food though, the spice they use on their spicy chicken is disgusting. It has a good amount of kick and left my mouth with a nice tingle for about a minute, but the flavor was nauseatingly bad. It ruined my sandwich. I'll get the mild seasoning here from now on, I don't see how it could be any worse than the spicy.

The bathrooms were clean the one time I used them.

If they could tweak the food (all it would take is just a small tweak here and there, and redo their spice completely) then this would be an establishment I'd be more likely to frequent instead of avoiding in favor of other things nearby. Otherwise, it'll be a once every couple months stop by because I'm hungry now and not in the mood for...

Nice people and nice clean restaurant, comfortable seating. Food was good and met expectations for fast food. Prices are reasonable as well. Update: Have been here a few times now and still really like it! My hubby had shrimp, which was crispy and delicious. I had a grilled chicken salad, which was good. 😊 Update: don't know what happened to this place but the food was so bad we couldn't eat it. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. I asked for mustard, never have I seen this much on a sandwich. Tried taking it off but it was too much! Also, the chicken was chewy, like it wasn't fully cooked and had a bad taste. My husband also had a chicken sandwich and it definitely wasn't cooked all the way and the bread was wet. Made him feel nausas. ...

As mentioned in other reviews they forget to put complete orders together, drove 15 min to get something to go, i get home and there's no french fries with my dinner. Called to tell them and they had no answer for it other than i should drive back and get the fries. The manager was incredibly rude and short, making it sound like it's no big deal just drive back and she said that i should bring back the chicken and they'll cook me the new meal with the french fries. A business IMO rises and falls with the level of employees and customer service....
