Horrible place never in my 41 years of my life have I ever experienced horrible service when I walked in the location no one was at the front of the store never got greeted so sat patiently waiting for about 10 mins for my order then a lady (kelly) comes from the back and a young man walks in she proceeds to get him his order note im still standing waiting then not wanting to make a big scene me and her are in the store front alone and my daughter and I was on the phone I told her I had been waiting before the young man she says oh well I ain't see u and I told her I was standing waiting I told her you never asked who was next I just helped him she then has an attitude and I told her ma'am I'm the customer she says yes I have an attitude u want me to call Devin I told her no I'll be calling corporate she then gets loud causing me to get irritated with her I told her get my stuff so I can leave she's still rumbling at the mouth pushes my pizza on the counter still having her hand on it I jerked it and told her I definitely will let corporate know u never know who your dealing with I feel that she treated me this way because I was a young black woman and she is an older white woman the way she talked to me is definitely poor customer service a professional should never go back and forth with a customer and the fact that she told me she caught an attitude admitted and kept pushing Devin's name around like Devin I'm assuming the general manager won't do anything be cause they are shortstaffed is horrible example of leadership if this is the case Pizza Hut Kelley is definitely someone that needs...
Read moreFirst, this location has turned a lifelong customer into someone who will NEVER spend another penny with this company. My delivery driver supposedly left the restaurant with my order before 8 pm, at 8:35 I contact the restaurant to find out why a 5 minute drive to my home has now taken over 35 minutes. I was informed the driver had car trouble. I understand that happens and have no issue with the delay in delivery due to that issue. What I do have problems with is the restaurant's intent to resolve the problem by having another driver pick up my order and continue the delivery. Would you eat a cold, soggy, almost hour old pizza which has been gathering and growing bacteria since its temperature dropped below the safe level? When I declined to accept the old pizza I was told "he is already on his way". What? Don't you people have this new invention called a phone?(internal thought) I then asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back 3 additional times only to be instantly hung up on. (I guess she knows how to use the phone better than I initially thought, only, to her advantage and not the company's) When the pizza did arrive the box was wet from other once hot food sitting on top of it. The pizza was cold and when I picked up a slice, the toppings promptly slid off the limp slice back into the box. Additionally the seal on the box was broken and due to the unprofessionalism of the staff was concerned with the possibility of tampering (spitting, or other even less sanitary actions). Literally called within 30 secs and the manager told me the pizza was already in the oven and asked me what I wanted them to do with the pizza.. went back and forth explaining to her that I didn’t want the pizza because it’s not what I ordered and she continuously told me it wasn’t their fault that the pizza was already in the oven.. after the back and forth finally ended she said she would put the pizza I wanted in the oven and send the pizza that was wrong for free so it didn’t go to waste.. finally right? I didn’t want the free pizza, all I wanted was it to be corrected but she finally agreed to give me the pizza I ordered, finally.. the pizzas and Cinnabon rolls were overcooked like they did it on purpose!
