Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Crowley

Rude as hell. I have not gone to Popeye's in Crowley in over a year. The lines take forever, the food is crazy expensive and it's not worth it. For those prices you can go to a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, I decided to give it a try again today around 6pm and got a 12 piece dinner for $37 and some change. I was not given a receipt, it's almost like the worker did not want me to be able to fill out a survey. (Weird) When I drove up they had 5 cars on the side waiting for food. I know how long it can take to get food from this place so I asked the worker how long the food would be. She proceeded to suck her teeth then tell me that the food was up. Because I know what that means. She was rude for our entire conversation and acted like she was doing me a favor by being at work and could be as rude to me as she wanted to. If you are mad at the world or the fact that you have to go to work you don't take it out on the customers who are spending money at your place of employment. The food was dry and old, expensive and when you are treated with no respect there is absolutely reason to go back...

I have a family of 5. We all eat dark meat. Everytime we go we know we can't order the specials all dark so we order the family meals all dark. I know we pay a little more to do this, but that is okay as I'm paying for what we eat. Last night I went to Popeyes in Crowley and they would not let me order a 12 piece all dark. They told me I couldn't do that because of shortage in chicken. If they have not sold out of chicken then I should be able to purchase what I'm ordering as I'm paying for it. They told me no that they could only serve mixed(when I order just dark everytime we go). Why would I pay for something we are not going to eat??? The little girl was rude and ugly then we go on to order what they had displayed on the board and on a sign(strawberry cheesecake pie). She says rudely we don't serve that. At this point I get so frustrated I just drive off. My family loves Popeyes and we spend btw $50-$80 everytime we go but I'm to the point where I'm done with the rudeness and the being told we can't order what we eat when I'm PAYING for it. It...

Ordered a mobile order for pick up inside at 5:43pm. Arrived at 6:16 to pick up my order inside. No mobile order there The lady working the front took 1 persons order. Then made it. Then made a mobile order. Then came back to the counter about 15 minutes later to take the next persons order. Then made it, took another 10 minutes. Then came to me and I asked if they received my mobile order about 45 minutes ago, the lady turned around. And walked away. She then made my order asking me “what else? What else? What else?” Like she had no idea what I ordered but had the receipt right in front of her. Got my order, had 2 dipping sauces total for 9 tenders and boneless wings/fries. The sauces were not correct and I was still missing my mashed potatoes and my drink.
