I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe the manager Can be wrong, and well rude. When you order a wrap and ask to add grilled chicken to it, like most people you'd expect to get a grilled piece of chicken, cut into diced pieces, right? So did I. We get home after driving 20 min there and 20 min back, to find out the grilled chicken, is a wet shredded salsa like chicken. It was very heavily spiced and tasted like I ordered a burrito rather a wrap. (Which they do sell burritos and think the kitchen was too lazy to cook an actual piece of grilled chicken). So we call let them know we expected it to be regular grilled chicken, not this pulled wet salsa like chicken. The manager didn't care, didn't apologize, all he said was we marinate all of our chicken. That's it. First of all, I don't care if you marinate all your chicken, awesome it's probably better that way, but when someone orders a grilled chicken breast, you should either tell them it's a pulled, highly marinated spiced, saucy chicken or give them actual grilled chicken.

His answer was that is how all the chicken they serve there is. I was like even the pesto chicken sandwhich? and he said... rudely, yeah.

I find it really hard to believe they would serve spicy wet pulled chicken on a pesto chicken sandwhich and that there would be no other type of chicken in an establishment with such a wide variety on thier menu. No apology, no empathy, just makes it seem like you made a huge mistake driving 40 min to support a business, who doesn't care about the own food they serve, or the satisfaction of a customer, the only thing this place knows how to do is not know how to own a up for a mistake, they didn't offer us to bring it back, or anything, he just continued to repeat monotonely and unamused that all of thier chicken is marinated.

Which wasn't even the problem, the problem was the chicken they put in the wrap was shredded saucy chicken, which didn't even go with the type of wrap we purchased AND he didn't give a care in the world that they messed up our food and watsed our time.

If you don't care about your own customers satisfaction I really don't know why anyone would ever care to be a customer.

Inconsistent and...

I was hoping this place was going to be my new regular place. I've had a few decent meals here, a couple that were just OK, however after the last time, I won't be back. Bartender was very kind, however service was horrible, and food was burnt to a crisp. I got my drink, and then ordered food. About 10 minutes after I finished my drink, the bartender just decided to take a break without warning. Just left for about 10 minutes. During that time an older guy who looked like he could have been the manager or owner, filled in for her(I think), but he barely lifted a finger. Still my drink sat empty. I kept doing the usual making eye contact...My empty drink sat now 20 minutes. Still no food. Some new patrons walked in the bar...The older guy walked right past me as if my empty glass was invisible and served the guys that walked in. Fast forward another 10mins and the bartender, and a waitress with our food emerges all at once. Bartender waits a few minutes and finally comes over and asks if we needed anything....Yes some silverware would be nice so I can actually eat like a civilized person. As would another drink. Finally on a night that wasn't particularly busy at all, I bite into my food. The chicken was charred to the point where the outside of it tasted like old coals. The burger that was ordered "medium" by my gf was so well done it was on the verge of...

Somebody's got to teach somebody there how to mix a drink. Best if you go there just order beer from a can of wine.

Went here with several friends after golf outing.

Well waving having a drink and making up our minds about food My friend Asked staff about an Order from his last visit. He got shorted on his order of hamburger with tater tots. My friends stated he only got maybe 12 tater tots with his order.

We were told by the Staff that the Cook, who is pretty good & a nice guy to talk to, has to weigh out of tater tots.

Management has him weigh out how many tater tots you get with a meal.. ?

So You'd think maybe the staff would offer to just give him a Free order of tater tots while All 8 of us sat at bar having a drink..?

Make an impression on that customer not to mention 7 other potential customers.

But no, just that explanation that was it & they kind of laughed it off...

I mean that's getting down right cheap. You order a burger and some fries or you get tater tots & you get 12 tater tots.?

Friend said Burger was nothing to brag about either Staff says it's all fresh but We decided to leave & went elsewhere for food.

For a Good burger with fresh chip style fries, I go to The Tracks in Cary. Best Burger...

Delicious food and drinks. Unfortunately our server, Rikki, was great disappointment for us and for the business owner. She promptly brought out our menus and drinks but then decided that instead of taking our food order, it was more important to talk on her phone while sitting at the bar and then going outside to continue talking on her phone. Eventually she did take our food order. She asked if I wanted my soup brought out first, which she did, but then immediately brought out our food order. She didn't ask if we wanted another drink until long after I had finished my first one and it was also after having completed our meals. This was also a loss of revenue for the business owner. I at least left her a 10% tip, which is less than half of what I normally tip. I would still recommend this establishment and I myself would go back again for the food but making sure to get a different server.

2nd time there. Pizza and chicken wings were very good as I remember from the first trip. We had the spicy chicken wrap, calamari, and chicken fingers this time. Everything was good. The kids portion was huge! That made a great treat for our puppy, which they allowed on the back patio. While I could make a few suggestions to the menu to make this a favorite spot. I was just happy to find a dog-friendly restaurant to our neighborhood. Oh, I should mention the service was very good too. We didn't mind it was a little slow on a slow and HOT Saturday afternoon in July.

Really enjoyed dinner here! The atmosphere was cozy, loved the fireplace. Good music on rotation, and not overly loud. We started with the homemade red pepper hummus which was great! We both had burgers, which were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the peanut butter and bacon burger! The waffle fries were AWESOME and were seasoned. Will definitely go again to try out some different dishes on their extensive menu!
