Never using this location again. Twice now I've put in online orders. Once, I showed up a bit early (10-15min before the pizzas were supposed to be ready according to the email). I expected a bit of a wait. What I got was a nearly 30min wait. I didn't have my pizzas until nearly 20min past the time the confirmation email listed. A second time I put in an online order I arrived about 5min before the pizzas were supposed to be finished. Again, they were not even started and I had a 10-15min wait. In addition the dessert pizza didn't even have the proper topping and the two other pizzas were not well made. The toppings on one one were so poorly dispersed I had to move some of them around at home. The quality and speed of service is so far below the location I used to frequent before we moved from St. Anthony Village that I'll be finding another location to use for our weekly pizza nights, even if it is very far...
Read moreI Love Papa Murphy's, just not this one. It seems like they skip out on the toppings I always get less then I have at other stores. We called to order on a day that they had a special and we asked for pizza without cheese (dairy allergy, we put a vegan cheese on at home) they told us that we couldn't do that because it was a special. I explain that was for a dairy allergy they still said no. I guess they're unwilling to make one special because they already had so many premade? First of all that's kind of gross they have that many pieces sitting around and secondly incredibly bad customer service discriminate against somebody because of their dietary restrictions. There plenty of Papa Murphy's around I suggest finding a...
Read moreBeware if you have a food allergy--I ordered a dairy free cheese pizza online (as well as one more pizza, with regular cheese). Staff initially tried to give me just one pizza, then seemed to randomly select another one from the rack, that clearly wasn't mine. Cheese on both pizzas looked identical, which isn't a risk I can take. While asking for a refund on the dairy free pizza, two different staff members (who had been making pizzas all evening), came up to that cashier and asked her what "DF" meant on their order tickets. I don't work there, but would assume DF means dairy free. If you have an allergy as opposed to a preference as to whether or not you get the right item, avoid...
