Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Cullman

Just went there at 9:30pm July 5th! The guy taking our order messed it up and charged me for 10 fingers instead of a kids finger. Which understandably you know he miss heard us. When we got to the window he didn’t confirm our order and we told him after he already charged us for our food he took the card back without even asking us and charged us again for the kids meal said we would get a refund for the other meal we were charged for in 2-3 business days which was 12$ okay I get it 12$ not a lot but I didn’t expect to pay for a meal I didn’t even get and then charged for another. He was rushing and confusing us. Just some constructive criticism slow down… I know you have a drive time I have worked in the food industry, but it doesn’t hurt to slow down and listen to the customer.. not very happy and this was the manager. We want to sincerely thank LeAnn and her crew on two separate occasions for simply being amazing on their customer service. We had no idea what to get for dinner after picking up our Golden from her vet stay.

We admit that we have not been to Zaxby's in ages, but that all changed for the simple things LeAnn and her crew did to brighten our days and fill our bellies with deliciousness.

While we were picking up our order through their drive-thru, they showered our Golden with hello's and loving compliments. The staff gave us our meals and a surprise of delight in chopped grilled chicken for our pup which she heartily ate.

Wings N Things! First of all I pulled up to the window and could not find my wallet. It was lost in the dark hole under my seat. After freaking out unable to find it, I drive to the pick up window and the Gentleman told me not to worry about it that he will take care of me today. Tiffany also said to not worry after I was telling her I would come in and settle up once I found it. They again told me that all was good and have a great day...never had this happen before! The meal, was hot and fresh and probably the best wings/things I've had.
