Online, Tavern Pizza shows as $10. Get to store after ordering online... $16.70. Made NO alterations to pizza what so ever. / Blonde hair lady w/ a major attitude told me it's never advertised at that price, I must be seeing things, I must not know how to order online for the Culpeper location (even though it's the only 1 I ever ordered from). Those are the literal Derogatory comments the blonde hair lady made towards me / about me. --- Despite the bad reviews of this location from Culpeper residents, I would order the Super Supreme Pizza, Stuff Crust @$26+ (minimum, been higher on other occasions) as it's actually my fave of any place (which is a lot for 1 pizza IMHO). However, the blonde hair lady making derogatory / disparaging comments about me coupled with wanting to charge me more, I'm never ordering from here again. PS: Previous order, get to the store, my order isn't ready, cause they said they accidentally gave it to the wrong person. I didn't complain cause at least it was going to be ultra fresh & they recooked it fast. And mistakes happen. However, gotta post a negative review here cause the blonde hair lady being insulting of me is crossing the line.

I ordered a simple order of bread sticks. I watched him pull em from the oven, yay! Fresh bread sticks. Shortly after, the guy hands me a super hot thin bag of bread sticks and says marinara is in the bag. Thank you! Appreciate you! Get in my car, thinking I'm going to grab a bread stick while I'm driving and hit the road. Reach in the bag and the lazy guy I just said thanks and appreciate you too, didn't even take time to cut bread sticks into sticks! All of a 2 second job 😔 so much for a bite on the road. If you worked for me, I'd fire your a$$ in a heartbeat! Wish I had taken photo before I pulled apart to eat. Do better Pizza Hut!

I took my family to the Culpeper location for lunch at noon. I was initially excited because the Google pictures of the inside of the restaurant reminded me of Pizza Huts from the 1990's, which are no longer common. My intention was to use the Book It program to get free personal pan pizzas for the children, but the App failed, and still fails, to allow me to log in.

Service: I have mixed feelings about the employee. He seemed to not want to be there and did not offer alternatives to the menu shortcomings. He did consistently check up on my table to ensure that we had what we needed.

Food: The menu provided by the employee showed that Pizza Hut serves gluten-free pizza, but when ordering, the employee informed me that they did not have any gluten-free dough. I called up another local pizza restaurant to get a gluten-free pizza and went there after the children finished their food. The only drinks available were bottled, no fountain drinks. I asked for water and I was told that they only serve bottled water. The salad bar was disappointing since it had only seven sides, however, the lettuce was very fresh. The children ordered personal pan pizzas topped with pineapples, and they gave the following review: ā€œif you want the pineapple pizza, I think you should take the pineapples off because they tasted bad.ā€

Atmosphere: The restaurant was very clean.

Book It App: The Book It app failed to function when we arrived at the restaurant. It was working a few hours earlier. I am still...

I’m literally quite confused how this place has high ratings, I am unsure if everyone went to the same pizza hut as me in the town of culpeper. The customer service was horrid, the gentleman was on his phone and eating food at the front counter, he was clearly not amused to take our order or even be working. He messed up on the checkout portion which overcharged my card because he added a tip and stated it was fine and that nothing was wrong even though I showed the receipt saying otherwise (and to my surprise (not really) about 3 days later when the transaction completed my card was surely overdrawn. I didn’t bother calling to argue it. The food was mediocre the wings were supposed to be buffalo but they tasted more like buffalo mixed with bbq and that makes me wonder if something wasnt cleaned before the sauce was put in/if the wings were resauced/if they messed up and then just threw buffalo on top. The bread sticks weren't cut it was just a block of bread. The marinara sauce was openly sitting on the counter uncapped while the gentleman was again eating and on his phone. Various workers coming in and out from smoke breaks. The interior of the restaurant was just plain dirty and run down. Writing this makes me incredibly sad as pizza hut is one of my favorite chains but this pizza hut is most likely on its last legs as its predecessors. Hopefully things turn around and they get...
