Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Culpeper

This is another fast food restaurant in this town that cannot get things accurate even when you ask them to take their time. I know that their job is to get customers in & out of this place as fast as possible or through the drive-thru fast while not poisoning them with under done food but the last time I was there they forgot a food item but they seemed polite. That is not the first time, I had gotten a 4pc platter, & 2 different 6pc wings 1 of them was supposed to be the meal, my total for that food was around $40 (Winter 2023). The regular bone-in chicken was great, the sides red bean & rice & mac & cheese w/a water & a biscuit were perfect (for fast food quality, at that cost). The chicken wings are deep fried & very breaded, the sauces were just kind of thrown on. The hot wings were not the best, greasier than expected, & the sweet & spicy flavor was a little less sweet than one would have thought w/that name. Their coleslaw standard & also got a bottle of water w/that. They forgot the Cajun fries, I, in fact don't think I've ever gotten cajun fries when I ordered & paid for them at this location. Maybe they need a sign that says "did you get all the items put in the bag before you pass it through the window" put up? Food was good but 1 of the employee's customer service sucks! We went there yesterday and had a lot of teenagers working and they did a pretty good job serving customers but earlier this afternoon, around 2-3pm, we went to drive thru and spoke to a spanish lady, she was really rude. My husband got the po-boy sandwich and I wanted to get the surf and turf and asked if it is $5.99 for the combo since the picture on the drive thru says $5.99 (we wanted to verify). She said it was $6.75 for it then we told her again that the sign says $5.99 for the combo just to let her know that they need to change it so it wasn't a false advertisement and she repeated herself yelling at us already that it is $6.75. We still wanted to get it but I lost my appetite because of her terrible attitude. My husband still got his order and I was looking forward to talk to the lady in person but it was a different employee that approached us. We told him about the sign and he apologized and thanked us for letting them know. He said they will change that. That's all we wanted as a customer. If she apologized and didn't yell at us, everything should've been fine. She should aim for a customer satisfaction. We love popeyes but not sure if want to go back to this location because of how an employee...

We placed an order 8:20 pm Monday through the app - it was supposed to be 5 legs, 3 breast, and 1 thigh (all spicy), coleslaw and mashed potatoes; with an unsweetened iced tea. They did not have coleslaw, no iced tea, and also no strawberry Fanta. We were told that they don’t make more tea because people don’t buy it. When we checked the order it wasn’t correct. They did not tell us that they were out of legs and did not let us know, nor ask what we wanted to swap them with - so they just threw in breasts and thighs only. The chicken was not even warm on the inside, however it was warm on the outside from the food lamp. We asked how to cancel the order entirely and the manager, who said her name is Catalina, told us she didn’t know and to call a phone number. We asked for the phone number and she said she didn’t have one. She said she was too “busy” to help us. We asked for the number to the corporate office and she literally just said “tomorrow”. She was absolutely NOT interested in even speaking with us. NOTE: we are regular customers of this Culpeper location, she is aware of that as well.
