Taco Bell — Restaurant in Culpeper

Went through the drive thru, at a very slow time, to order dinner for kids, and adults. The staff was very responsive, and kind during the entire order. They even double checked, and confirmed our order at the speaker, prior to reaching the window. Every member that spoke over the speaker was very kind. Rolled to the window. Paid. We recieved our food... I must ask, was someone having an off day, maybe the restaurant was understaffed? Whatever it was, absolute worst food i have ever had from that establishment, and multiple wrong order contents. Check your shift- thursday 08/21/2025 between 5pm and 8pm. 5 basic food staples of Taco Bell to make..... no substitutions, or weird orders, nothing that would create confusion. Dear Taco Bell- Do better, please. The ironicy- anyone who was working that Taco bell, had they been in our shoes, would have raised absolute hell, and probably ended up "social media famous" for honestly how bad it was. Always check your bag. Asking for 2 soft chicken tacos is apparent too much to ask. Also even though they ask for sauce when you’re ordering you’re still going to get a bag with no sauce. So just save it for the window. Also, don’t ask for any meat over normality. They will charge you and give you no extra for meats (especially when you say “can I please have extra steak than one more extra”). Opening every item at the window once you get the bag is the only way to verify you have everything. Even the cantina items. If you switch sauces on a cantina item to getting a different sauce you won’t get it, it’s going to be wrong. I can bat an eye to one mess up, but on a consistent basis when my bill is $20-$30 it’s crazy. Managaement please fix this. It’s a popular location due to it being open longer than other places. To be honest, now let me tell you im sad to half to leave this 4 star review but.... here is the story, Me Elder Anderson and Elder Naluai missionaries for the church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. Pull up to the drive through and I order 4 cheesesy bean and rice burritos please "will that be all" yes thank you! We pull slowly forward, pay, and receive the food. Then we make the 5 min drive to the service we have scheduled. As we drive I carefully unrap the burrito 🌯 mmmm it smells so good. As I bite in I noticed somthing "This tortilla its, its,its, not right I thought" I take another bite hmm Wierd.
