Wish we could give ZERO stars- long review but if placing and order- its a must read! On10/24/2020 what started as a fun family celebration was quickly ruined by the manager and the staff person named Nikki at the Culpeper VA location. We placed a large order including 50 wings. We picked them up and quickly drove home to open the sealed bags and noticed that we were missing 15 wings. They come in two separate containers with a clear top labeled 25 on each. Right away we could see one box was pretty full and the other was half empty. We also asked for wedges to be subbed for fries on a wrap combo (upcharge of $1) but instead we still got fries. I called and spoke to Nikki who was the original staff member that completed our order. I explained the situation and she quickly apologized and offered to correct the error by making fresh wedges and replacing the entire 50 wing order. I CORRECTED her on the phone and told her we were only missing 15, she responded with "they got wrong so we are going to correct the entire order" (she offered and I agreed), she said they would be ready in 20 minutes! A few minutes later she called me back and very abruptly asked me to confirm how many wings we actually received and again I told her all but 15, she said fine and hung up. 20 minutes later my sister arrived at the restaurant to pick up the wings and was rudely confronted by the manager- we do not have his name. He wanted to know what the problem was. She explained to him that we were missing 15 wings and wedges and that NIKKI took our order to replace them. That's when he started to yell with an attitude that he would NOT replace the entire order. He began to accuse her of lying and swore all the wings were accounted for. He asked her if she knew how many people come in there and say the same thing about missing wings.?!! (seriously) She told him she wasn't one of those people and we had no reason to lie or waste our time for 15 wings. The "manager" continued to publicly berate her and insisted that he would only give us the 15 wings and wedges and not the entire 50 , she told him we only wanted what we paid for. It was his staff person NIKKI that offered the replacement of the wing order. The entire time NIKKI stood against the wall arms crossed with her own attitude. The manager angrily turned and went into the kitchen. At this point my sister was very upset, shaken, and felt she was publicly humiliated by the manager in front of other customers. She had to stand there another 15-20 minutes waiting for the order. This "manager's" behavior was extremely unprofessional, offensive, and belligerent. When the order was ready, he gave Nikki the bag of food and went back into the kitchen, she then tossed it onto the counter. Once my sister returned home our family decided it was NOT SAFE to eat due to the manager and staff's hostile actions towards her. We threw them in the trash. This situation could have and SHOULD HAVE been easily handled in a professional manner but the manager chose to use an aggressive approach instead. By writing this review we want to make the public aware and for the company to know that this is NOT the type of person they want managing or representing their restaurant. We all have a choice as to where to spend our time and money - especially during these days of 2020. As for me and my family we have chosen to NOT return to this restaurant and after reading several other reviews, I see many others have decided the same. I advise you too, make your choice WISELY. Read moreProbably one of my worst restaurant experiences. First we pulled up to the restaurant and when we stepped out of the car there was a fresh pile of throw up in the parking lot. That should have been our first sign.
Walked in and they weren’t busy at all. Took awhile to take our drink order firstly. Ordered a margarita and a tall boy. The margarita was primarily pre made mixer. Couldn’t get through a quarter of the drink of the drink as it was just nasty.
Ordered tater tots and took around 30 minutes for tater tots to come out. They gave our order to another table and had to ask the bar tender, not our waitress bc our waitress was no where to be found. 5 minutes later our tots came out.
After waiting nearly an hour for our 2 small order of wings to come out we asked to speak the manager. Right after speaking the manager and told him we no longer want our food as we were just done with the place we agreed with him to pay just for our two drinks only as it took forever for our tots to come out that was given to the wrong table. He agreed to this and walked away.
Minutes later another waitress, that wasn’t ours, came out with our tab that still had our tots on the tab. When I told her the tots need to be taken off she snarkly stated that the tots were eaten. Aftee going back and forth with her we asked to speak the manager we just spoke too.
Then some random big guy came out and became very confrontational to the point where he was basically trying to bully us into paying. FYI this guy we had never spoken to and not even sure he was an employee as he had no uniform or name tag at all on him. Still not convinced he was even an employee.
After things got heated with this random guy we asked to again speak to the main manager. He then started going back and forth with us again going back on what he agreed to stating they were busy due to take out orders, etc. also stated he couldn’t take off the tots bc he already had to comp the tots to the other table that they were given to mistakenly, like that was our issue.
They eventually took off the tots and we just paid for tots after a heated argument.
Btw we noticed that the table behind us that was dirty when we initially sat down had a big frown face :( on their check near the tip. So obviously we weren’t the only ones dissatisfied. Also that table was never cleaned in the hour+ we were there.

Read moreI have eaten at many Buffalo Wild Wings and always have been pretty happy with food and service. This was my first experience at the Culpeper BWW and I tell you it will be LAST. First impression is the worst impression. I place a take out order at 11am to be picked up at 5pm for an event we were hosting. I get there and there orders sitting and waiting to be picked up. I was told that they were still working on my order and to have a seat - in the 20 minutes I sat there, I watched multiple people in the kitchen area chatting about instead of working, people disappearing and workers looking lost. I asked when my order was going to be ready, I was told "in a minute" several times. I finally asked for the manager - two people came up to me asking my name, but disappeared without coming back. Finally a person who said they were the manager came out and said I shouldn't have talked to anyone else, they couldn't help me and then he asked me my name 2 more times!! What is the freakin' point of telling customers your order will be ready at a certain time and then make them wait like 30 minutes afterwards to get it from some rather sarcastic staff. I felt like I got the runaround because they were trying to keep me busy with they hurried up and did the order. The food was hot and good but the quality of service sucks. The manager said I should talk to anyone else but next time I will talk to Glory Days when I need a large wing...
