I have used J&R jewelers a few times in the past for necklace repairs. This time when I brought the necklace BACK to be repaired again, I was told there was a 45 day wait, to come back. Went back, and this time was informed there was a 60 day wait and they would have to send it out. They made me feel like they would be doing me a favor to repair it, again. My husband also purchased a ridiculously overpriced necklace here for me for Christmas. It makes sense items are overpriced and work is subpar as they are the ONLY jeweler store in Culpeper. Amazing! I took my engagement ring there after I lost two baby diamonds on the side band. I was nervous about leaving it there, but they were so sweet and kind about helping me!
